    Required assistance under the Pharmacy First scheme…waited in line to be told after 20 mins that there is a fairly long wait to see the pharmacist as others are already waiting (there wasn’t anyone). After another 10 mins the dispenser walked over to tell me i wont be seen as the pharmacist doesnt have time. Bear in mind there was 1.5 hours to closing time at this point. After spending literally thousands of pounds here (im sure you can find my name and address in your system) i am disgusted to be treated like this. Please employ people that dont just punch the clock and aim to hoodwink your regular customers. If providing this service is tiresome then this needs to be taken up with the government who set this service up. If some of these individuals got paid for work they actually do vs what they get paid, I wonder how they would survive.

    Would like to give a SHOUT OUT !!!!To your member of staff Gary who served me and my wife in the fragrance department this morning ,Absoutley fantastic customer service very knowledgable about products and there was no pressure from him to buy anything his whole demeanor from beginning to end was nother more than fantastic a true proffesional...Make him store manager he would be great ..cheers chris n kel

    Getting screamed at by the lady on the till becasue they only accepting cash today as their card machines are all down. Not the customers problem make it more clear by putting signs up if the card machine is not working . The short blonde hair lady needs to calm down.horrible customer service from her . It seems as though she has done the same to other customers as there are many bad reviews about her ..I want a voucher or something as compensation because being screamed at was not a nice feeling at all.

    Witnessed a shop assistant on self scans being very rude to an elderly gentleman. This shop assistant was serving a lady at the til, this gentleman was waiting behind. Out of the blue she extremely rudely said to the gentleman that he should stop waiting for the til and use the self scans as she is too busy to serve customers. This was an unprovoked β€˜response’ to a gentleman quietly waiting in the queue? Also me and this gentleman were the only people at the pay desk, how can she say she is too busy? Regardless thats no way to speak to a customer. He said he didn’t know how to use them. The assistant exclaimed that he needed to use them or what is the point having self scans- she said she won’t serve him. She said this all so rudely I had to intervene and ask her to speak to this gentleman with some respect. She continued to argue with this gentleman who got visibly upset trying to explain he cannot use them and put his items down to leave. At that point I told the gentleman I would scan the items and help him, which I did and he was very grateful. I processed his whole transaction for him, answered his question regarding his boots account and also the items he purchased, luckily I knew about these items. He was saddened by this experience and I was shocked that an employee in a customer facing role would speak to someone so rudely instead of calmly explaining that she is a bit busy right now and maybe offer him some help to use the self scans?! Disgusting behaviour This customer assistant had short blonde hair and was probably in her late 60’s. She said her name was Julie however she had no name badge and this might be a fake name as it was clear I was apalled at her behaviour.

    We went to Boots, Forster square today to purchase perfumes, which can take time especially when you're a bit confused with so many options. Georgia from the customer service team was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. She took the time to listen to us, guided us without any pressure, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Her helpful and friendly attitude truly stood out. Thank you, Georgia, for your outstanding service. You made our visit a great one.

    I’ve had an appalling experience, literally in the last few mins I’ve walked out of the store feeling so annoyed and confused after the way I have been spoken to and dealt with by a staff member who served me as a cashier at BOOTS. The lady named mevish (apologies if the name has been misspelt) knowing full well that I have a new born baby purposely delayed matters when it came to returning the item, I informed her that I simply had to return an item that was purchased yesterday as it didn’t fit my new born baby, even though I was advised yesterday by a different colleague that I could return the item as long as it’s in its original packaging she refused to accept the return on the bases that the plastic outer packing had been opened. The manager was involved and the return was accepted, as MEVISH was surprised by the fact that we could return the item she went ahead and made a remark towards me and when I responded that I will be making an official complaint against her and also leaving a negative review she went ahead and said β€œGO AHEAD” I have a witness who saw all this occur and how we were spoken to, never have I felt so belittled. To make matters worse upon saying go ahead she went on to saying I no longer will be serving you another staff member can process your return. I mean in the grand scheme of things how is it even possible for a staff member at a such a reputable firm to be able to deal with members of the public in such a demeaning and disrespectful manner, i genuinely feel her frustration and anger was built up from something else and she decided to take it out on me and my new born baby. A lovely lady called Janet then came and served us and quickly oversaw the transaction. As to the way I feel i no longer feel comfortable or confident in an future purchases at boots.

    Very rude and moody employee at the cash register. No customer service, no hi and bye. He was young kid that should have been trained before putting him to work. Will not be returning or recommending because of this unpleasant experience.

    Overall not satisfied experience. Went to store at 8:05am and the pharmacist was late, the assistant could not serve me in absence of the pharmacist. Once they arrived i voice i had ordered using the online doctor services which boots provide. The team had been locked out of the system and were unable to access the system and any prescriptions.They could not contact support as it didn’t open until 8:30am. The team were unhelpful, unorganised and unprofessional.
