Visited for a darts exhibition. Excellent venue with good beer choices and some nice choices of hot bar food.
Lovely food but Thursday evening atmosphere
Bit disappointed as a 5* hotel. Good points, room lovely and clean, rooftop bar amazing, but doesn't open until 4pm. Plenty of sun loungers, everyone friendly and polite. Varied food dishes, but few dishes stayed hot, most were like warm. Not so good points. The main bar service was pretty bad at times, understaffed for such a large hotel. When making elaborate cocktails queues formed and this caused obvious irritation especially nearing closing at 11pm. Morning coffee was very good, when you eventually got it, I realise hotel had only been open a few days in the season but some staff appeared unprepared. Overall, mixed review but admit the young set would probably not even notice these things.
Amazing venue! I took my staff for a Christmas party and it was awesome. Fantastic Robbie Williams tribute act (Dan Budd). Although the venue was super busy the bar staff was very quick at serving and extremely welcoming and friendly. This was our first visit to your venue and it won't be the last. Another quality tribute band tonight, The Devout. Great atmosphere and very friendly. Came on my own tonight but didn't feel like it! Only complaint is no mirror in the disabled toilet (common occurrence at lots of establishments). Might be disabled but still want make sure my lippy looks good lol. Apart from that, can't wait for next visit at end of the month
Would have given 4/5 but no real draught beer bass dome bar something like these please. Thank you for your reply I fully understand about the beer and yes makes sense to not stock if you have wasted gallons. However if you review a bar or restaurant surely this includes everything including the beer you wouldn't go to a restaurant and say nice place but the food is rubbish you give your honest view of the place overall. Had a fabulous Talma Mowtown night here. Good disable accessibility. Very good DJs too.
This is a hidden gem and is the best indian cuisine I have ever tasted. Everything was hot and freshly cooked, and tasted AMAZIN. The portions were very generous as well, and we all were completely stuffed by the end. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!
Wow so tasty food sikh kebab chilli chips and we trying many types of curry all people enjoying with dinner service was fantastic I need to recommend all my friends circle and family !
