   One of the best things about this place is that you can pay by card on site — super convenient! The food is always tasty and freshly prepared. If I had to recommend something, it would definitely be the cod — perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

   Absolutely nothing wrong with the service. Chips ok, curry sauce, nice, chicken pie, decent. Mini fish verging in off and tasting very bad. I'm sure its a decent business and the staff are nice, but I wouldn't go back based on having to throw the fish (not even joking, but the dogs left it) Maybe its a one off

   The saleswoman recommended a fish fillet so I decided to try it and when I minced it with a fork there was a 4cm parasite in the fish meat. I want to warn customers to be careful when eating fish fillets because there may be parasites in the fish meat - Roundworms (Anisakis simplex) which can cause poisoning of the digestive system as well as other symptoms. It is worth reading about it. This applies to all Fish&Chip Bar.

   Please avoid ordering the charcoal grilled chicken! It’s not the first time I’ve ordered and the chicken arrived raw, even after leaving message to cook the chicken very well due to wife being pregnant!

   I like this place but only gave it three stars because they use to offer Gluten Free which i loved but then I was told they dont which was disappointing so now I can only really the chips so often have to go elsewhere. wish more local chip shops would offer GF options.

   Quite a nice, friendly place. Chips were really good. Had a bit of a wait but then the chips were freshly cooked so you can’t ask for more really. The shop was pretty clean and comfortable. Could do with some more chairs. TV was on so there was something to kill the time while you waited. Can recommend this place for fish and chips.

   I returned to Rugby from Canada for a funeral a week before Christmas 2022. I had a steak and kidney pie and chips, the next day, fish and chips. Both meals were as good as I remember from my youth. The staff were terrific and funny. The generous fish is consist with the name “Extra Fish Bar.”

   One of the best fish and chips places I have found. Portions are huge and filling and prices are affordable. There's high foot traffic but faced passed energy staff don't keep you waiting long! I've only been a few times, but I'm looking forward to trying more from the menu x
