Fantastic Pub, Amazing Food, and the Perfect Pint! What a truly lovely pub! The Paddox has become one of our favourite spots in Rugby, and so much of that is down to the brilliant landlord, Maynard. Maynard is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work—he runs the pub exceptionally well. The food is consistently amazing. We've tried a few things, but we have to recommend the burgers... they are definitely our favourite! On top of that, the beer is always perfect. There's a great choice, and you're always guaranteed a brilliant pint. It's not just the food and drink, though; the atmosphere is what makes it so special. All the staff are wonderful, and even the other customers are friendly and welcoming. We can't recommend The Paddox enough. A proper, friendly pub run with passion. We'll be back soon!

We stayed here overnight in our motorhome. We enjoyed a drink in the lovely, stylish, modern surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we had a slight miss-hap with one of our windows. We would highly recommend The Paddox Pub.

We went on Bank Holiday Monday, and the pub was empty, with only one other couple waiting for food. Drinks were served straight away, and we were a group of eight. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meals to arrive, with no updates given and no apology offered. When the food finally came, the bartender didn’t know which dish was which—he simply handed us the plates, which were extremely hot. The side salad we had ordered and paid extra for only arrived after we had already finished our meal. On top of that, all the food was overcooked. Sadly, we won’t be returning for food. It’s a real shame, as we live just a one-minute walk away and the pub has so much potential.

Fantastic place for drinks and food. Needed a new place to go for a drink after I've visited every pub and restaurants in Coventry. I drove from Cov to Rugby and I bet, I wasn't disappointed. Great setting, large space, fantastic staff, and great meal. Oh, and the streetside view is marvellous. I will be ungrateful not to mention the spacious car park they've got. I highly recommend this pub.

I recommend all to try this place for superb food. It was a kind of hidden gem for us. I have gone past so many times and never noticed something this good was so close. If someone is looking for authentic Indian gills, I would strongly recommend a visit. It may not come across as good as some buzzing pubs around, but if you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy and drink all at a reasonable try this. The place is not well maintained and may look understaffed , it could do with more love and affection.

Said it opens at 2pm but no sign of life! Car park had broken glass everywhere so watch your tyres! Looked very grotty inside through the window so probably a good job It was closed!

We ordered take away today. North Indian Food was brilliant and authentic. Served with smile. Will definitely go back again. This saves me trips to Birmingham :). PS: Just to mention: Naan was brilliant, not like usual mattress size we get these days.

Went here last night. They've only just reopened and are starting with a limited menu. There's also a new executive chef who plans to expand the menu shortly. Drinks were excellent (especially Guinness cold) and the bar staff were super friendly, they were great with kids too. The food was good, kids had the usual nuggets/chicken burger and chips etc which was a winner. The grill stuff doesn't come out on a sizzler plate any more (too much smoke apparently) but the flavours are definitely on point. The curry was also a winner, we ordered a lamb curry extra hot and it right disappoint. The owner was really friendly too, he came over to ask for feedback and told us a bit about his plans. It sounds really good and I hope it all works out. Only downside was a food was a little slow but this was minor in the grand scheme of things and I put it down to a new chef in a new kitchen. When they've got the operation running slick that shouldn't be a problem any more. Definitely recommend you go and try it out, thank you Paddox!!

Good selection of drinks and friendly staff. Unfortunately don't accept card payments under £10. There is however cash machine with free withdrawals in the pub itself... however this was out of order on my visit.
