Picked my cat up today after a 12 night stay and as usual he has received the best care. They're such a dedicated team at Lane End and I'm always comfortable boarding my cat with them as I know he will be so well looked after. Staff are true cat lovers. 5 stars from me as always.
We’ve used Lane End Cattery twice this summer for our two cats whilst we have been away. Hazel is an extremely kind person and also a cat person (I think that’s quite important!). Before I booked our cats in Hazel invited me to look around the cattery as we had never used one before. I was surprised how spacious each area is. All areas are extremely clean and well looked after. Our cats have been very well looked after and Hazel is very good a communicating. The cattery is competitive in pricing and the care excellent. Would totally recommend and we will be using again.
I was lucky to find this cattery last minute—highly recommend it! The pens are spacious and very clean, and I received two lovely updates during the week, which really put my mind at ease. The staff were polite, friendly, and clearly care about the animals. Just a tip: make sure to use the full address when heading there, as there’s no sign and my sat nav tried to take me to a nearby farm shop. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be booking again!
My cat is a very shy cat and I was nervous about leaving him anywhere for two weeks but Hazel was very reassuring and she even updated me on how he was doing whilst I was away. The places for each cat are quite spacious and i brought some things from home to help Oreo settle in.
I love my cat and want the best for her. I've found Lane end farm to be the best with very competitive prices. My cat is going back there today for a four night stay and feel sure she likes it better than other catteries I have recently used.
This cattery appears to be closed. My cat was booked in for a weeks stay from 27th March and upon arrival, the place was deserted. No notices up whatsoever to inform anyone of this and no contact available by telephone. I had to make alternative arrangements at extremely short notice as I was going on holiday. Cannot give no stars on this review. Appaling way to treat people
Lovely cattery. I have been booking my cats here for some considerable time - I wouldn't go anywhere else. The individual retreats are warm, clean and safe. There is plenty to keep your furry friend amused during their stay. The staff are trained in animal care and you can tell they love their furry guests. Very highly recommended.
Very impressed by friendly staff, attractive grounds, cleanliness, standard of facilities and the different accommodation options. Of course our cats cannot talk but they were not distressed, hungry, ill or dirty when we collected them. They were enjoying an afternoon nap when we arrived and a bit annoyed at being disturbed! Out tomcat is very timid and his appetite is effected by stress. I think he lost perhaps a little weight during his stay but he was eating fine once he was home. It was the first time we have left them at a cattery so I am not surprised he appeared to drop a few ounces. He was soon back to normal.
