   Absolutely disgusted with this Burger King. Apart from the friendly girl who served us, the rest of the staff moved like zombies. no one was cleaning anything at all, we went in and the place was empty we thought great we can sit down and eat instead of a takeaway, so we did, well I wish we hadn’t now, honestly outside with the pigeons and homeless would have been cleaner. Disgusting inside, every single table full of food trays and food leftovers, the floors sticky covered in food everywhere and despite it not being busy at all the staff still couldn’t be bothered to come out and clean anything, even the table we sat down on was sticky we had no choice as it was the only free table that didn’t have an old tray on it with food. I will never eat in this venue again I’d rather walk 5 minutes around the corner to the one near the train station. This one near the castle needs to be shut down with immediate effect for health and safety and environmental purposes it’s that bad.

   wish i could give zero stars, waited almost an hour for cold food, only ordered two burgers, girl running the service (black hair) was clearly in a strop and was throwing burgers down and being rude to everyone. People were obviously disappointed and the staff acted like it was our problem that they couldn’t handle the service, £18 for this was shocking and its genuinely put me off butger king for life. Get better staff to handle weekends. Added a photo where u can see where the food has just been thrown on the counter. Disgraceful service

   Really good experience at Burger King in Cardiff Town Centre. The food was fresh and came out quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the supervisor Shumaila, who was lovely and made sure everything was spot on. I also tried one of the veggie options and it was actually really tasty, which was a nice surprise. Will definitely pop back in again!

   4 years ago I left a 4 star review for this place. Today I bought an XL bacon double cheeseburger. I returned to my office which is 3 minutes walk away. I walked in and stood behind what I thought was the queue. Nobody greeted me or acknowledged me. There was also someone mopping the floor around me (in all fairness, the floor was clean) 5 minutes later I was asked what I wanted. The burger was cold and grey, the bacon was wrinkly and wet and the meat was completely flavourless. The chips were okay but once again, flavourless. The best part was the sprite I got with the meal. I haven't had a Burger King for at least a year and I'll make this my last.

   Really disappointed with the food I received yesterday night after ordering through Uber eats! £37.00 wasted. The burger wasn't even wrapped correctly and was stoned cold and like cardboard obviously due to being left around waiting for another person to accept the order and also I could have thrown the burger out the window and it would have been stacked better as had to reassemble it straight out the bag I've ordered in store and I know this isn't the usual quality so really let down by you for the second time. Won't be ordering again.

   My order is going well. 2nd floor is the toilet and the table is a lot available. Didnt try the toilet yet but seem ok. The table is not very clean but the customer should help keeping it clean. It is warm here in winter on the 2nd floor.
