   For a long time, I had wanted to dine at a place like this. After carefully searching and finally deciding during my vacation, we chose to eat here—and it turned out to be an excellent decision. I had very high expectations, and they were completely met. The food was absolutely delicious, exceeding everything I had hoped for. The chef personally explained and demonstrated how each dish should be eaten, which made the experience even more special and unique. It truly felt like more than just a meal—it was an experience. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which added greatly to the overall atmosphere. Finding a parking spot was a bit challenging due to the one-way streets in the area, but there is a parking space diagonally to the right in front of the restaurant, less than a one-minute walk away, which made things much easier. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that I would highly recommend.

   Had a power trip off but the manager and staff managed it well. Manager Mohan gave us excellent service. The food was well seasoned and the atmosphere was great. I would recommend it to friends and family! :) had fun celebrating my bday! Thank you Sapphire staff

   We had a good experience from the start to the end, Mohan was exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure we were well catered for, he became our photographer at some point bless him. The lad at the bar also mixed us lovely cocktails of buy one get one free. The only reason I deducted one star from the food was because the rice wasn’t all that flavourful which I told Mohan. Enjoyed the music selection.

   I came here with my girlfriend and we were blown away by how good the food was! Everything was packed with flavor - the lobster, prawns, mussels, and sides were all cooked perfectly and tasted incredibly fresh. The sauce was rich, buttery, and full of spices - honestly one of the best seafood boils we've ever had! The restaurant itself has a great vibe, really nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. With the drink discount, we paid around £60, which was amazing value for the quality and portion size. If you love seafood, this place is a must-try. We'll definitely be coming back for more!

   This place had been on my list for a while, and we finally tried the lobster boil really enjoyed it! The sauce was delicious, and it came with a baby potato, sweet corn, spicy rice or chips (we got one of each and shared), plus 3 prawns and a lobster tail. The portion was decent, though the prawns were quite small, a few more would have made the plate feel fuller. That said, the seafood was fresh and the taste couldn’t be faulted. It is a little on the pricey side (as expected with seafood), but the restaurant itself was very clean, the service was great, and while the food took a little while to arrive, it came out hot and fresh. Overall, definitely worth a try!

   Went here to celebrate my friends birthday. Greeted in a great way and hosted lovely. Great customer service skills by all the staff, especially the manager Rohan. Food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing. Good music and ambiance too. Thankfull to all at saphire lounge

   Food was amazing! We had been craving a sea food boil for a long time and this did not disappoint. Service was fantastic and considerate and helpful. Helped us choose easily. Only marked down the atmosphere because of people in and out near our table for smoking, which is absolutely not the issue for the establishment. Definitely an experience and delicious food and we would come here again!

   Came here with my girlfriend for our anniversary and the service was incredible. Excellent food, drinks and the staff were delightful. I cannot recommend this place enough, I will definitely be coming again. Also, the best shot glasses I've ever seen.
