   I am very disappointed with the staff behavior at this place. Almost every time I visit, the staff is rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. They do not speak politely and make customers feel uncomfortable instead of helping them. Good customer service is very important, but unfortunately this place completely lacks it. The way staff members talk and behave shows no respect for customers. This kind of attitude really ruins the overall experience, no matter how good the service or products are.

   It was a bad experience and the food was disgusting and smelled disgusting. I will not repeat my experience again and I do not recommend it at all.

   So me and my friend was hungry so wanted something so looking for it so yeah we saw we tried it I bought a chicken burger and my friend bought a beef burger but unfortunately the chicken burger was okay but the beef was frozen beef patty it doesn't really nice should be you know beef patty so yeah the milkshake was decent all right. 20 quid wasn't worth it .Not ordering again.

   The food was really good few months back specially the chicken loaded fries, but it’s starting to get worse and worse. I ordered today and it was like eating plastic rather than chicken. I really recommend shake sheikh to make the chicken like before

   I always order the chicken swarma in uber eats and it always tastes good. Its good value for money as well. I tried the biscoff milkshake recently and it tasted really good- highly recommend.

   Where to start lol…. So the good points is that the flavouring of the food is very tasty and the overall portions are good sized. The not very good points is that the ratio of salad and shawarma to the rice or chips is very small/less and the salad even more so. There barely was any in the wrap. The lamb shawarma was dry and small/hard pieces as though it was the left over bits (maybe cause it was the evening I can’t say) and the chicken shawarma was a little better but still not what it could have been. Plenty other places for shawarma which are better. The other food I can’t say.

   Really good food. But number is not reachable. And they also show on Uber eats as being open until 4am but my order gets cancelled. After saying ‘preparing your order.’ Waste of both my time and the Uber drivers time driving there to have no order to collect.

   Good service, although would have preferred the burgers to be in a separate bag from the milkshakes. I ordered milkshakes and double cheese burgers. The oreo shakes were quite good, but I will not be getting the burgers again as they were obviously of low quality frozen beef patties, not the kind that hits the spot, probably the wrong spot if anything. Theres nothing wrong with frozen beef but when the patty doesn't taste like actual meat then theres a problem, which explained why my friend and I had an upset stomach the whole day. Decent milshake though!
