   If i could i would give zero stars Tonight my dog was collapsing did not know where here back legs were disorientated and panting and whining like crazy. Phoned this out of hours service to be told my day vet had no service contract with this service and refused to help an animal in major distress. TOLD THEM I WAS HAPPY TO PAY ANY AND ALL FEES!!! Their answer was to seek help from my vets out of hours service in cheam, nearly 40 minutes away (when they are 5 minutes from my house) As a "HOSPITAL" are they not obliged to see / help ANY animal in distress PS Im also posti g this on facebook

   Found a lost, untagged dog at midnight and contacted MiNightVet for assistance. Not only were they fantastic in talking me through what to do, but once we arrived to have the dog's chip scanned, they were incredibly friendly and patient with the clearly distressed dog. Luckily they managed to find the owner through their system and this story had a happy ending. Onome and Deni are a real credit to their team, highly recommend!

   Russell was so good with our dog Jango when we had an emergency visit last night. Clearly knew what he was doing and took so much time and care with Jango. The service was thorough, thoughtful and incredibly reassuring. The cost was very good considering it was the middle of the night and the level of time and care that was given. Jango is on the mend and we are very relieved that we were able to be seen straight away by this out of hours vet.

   Saved my cat’s life when she had a severe hairball choking incident. They were immediately ready when we rushed her in - she was blue, limp and entering hypoxia, but now a week later she is good as new! They were extremely kind and thorough with their care, calling to update throughout the night and the cost was actually lower than they initially said. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a minute :) thank you!

   Saved our 2 presa canarios lives after xylitol poisoning . Lovely vet ( the Spanish lady ) and excellent nurses . A Superb team! Thank you ladies , from us, scooby and Margot . And to Jane on reception today, very helpful and professional , and also very funny to talk to ( my partner is still giggling lol ) xx Ps one could say expensive, but the facilities and staff at the animal hospital in caterham are fantastic , and this can’t come cheap for a business to provide
