After have a small procedure on my back, I attended the surgery to get my dressing changed. I was seen by nurse Susan Porter. She was very thorough, helpful and friendly. She explained in detail how to clean the wound in the following days to come.
The best surgery ever. Everyone is so professional and helpfull. Staff's on reception, nurses and doctors all are supportive and reassuring. A big thank you to the amazing team.

Treats physical problems great, but mental health is not treated with as much support. Had a doctor say ‘for gods sake’ when I asked for a doctors note when I was off work struggling with severe anxiety and it was difficult for me to leave the house.
Shocking racist surgery. If you aren't white,rich,and have English as your first language they will do everything they can to not see you. Is is in the NHS charter you have to make reasonable adjustments. Booking an interpreter is a reasonable adjustment. Lazy and incompetent. I will be putting and official complaint in with the GMC.

Dr Hardy is so rude and patronising everytime I speak to her. The rest of the staff are lovely there so I hate to be giving one star, but the way Dr Hardy speaks to her patients is disgusting.
All the doctors and nurses here are amazing and v professional and good at their jobs. Thanks One particular lady who goes completely above and beyond to help me is Ellen the reception manager. I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond by speaking to me personally as she knows that as I am away alot I have to sort any issues over the phone which she always helps with. I've only just joined this practice but the level of care is outstanding. Everyone gets seen to so quickly and they're very thorough. The receptionists go above and beyond too. 5/5
Excellent in every way, the service they provide,the welcome,the friendliness and efficiency, Care&compassion. The experiences I have had each visit or even via phone have left me feeling so much peace,listened too,thoroughly examined,nothing missed ,feel better before I've even taken medication just being heard&validated. Thankful for this practice,makes all the difference especially when life can throw so many challenges,this place is consistently excellent in the service they provide. I would move to Quorn just to be registered in this practice,if I wasnt already!
