It has been so difficult to find a therapist or recommendations in Cardiff so I feel it’s really important to write this review. Olwen is everything we were looking for in a psychotherapist; calm, professional and compassionate. She guides the sessions extremely well which clearly comes from years of experience. I would not hesitate in recommending Olwen to friends and family that may need her help.
