   We visited the Broadway store and were absolutely delighted with the service provided. Upon arrival we we were greeted by both Cam and Kiran who were polite and friendly and congratulated us on our engagement. We were offered drinks whilst we waited for them to gather the bridal sets we had requested. They were both extremely helpful with their guidance and information provided about the jewellery and also answered some questions about an existing piece of jewellery we had brought in. They weren't pushy and we weren't rushed into making a decision and they were more than happy to make sure we were 100% happy with what we wanted. They again gave us all the post purchase information and guidance we needed and wished us well. We would absolutely return if we needed to and recommend both Cam and Kiran. Thank you!

   Laura at Bradford Broadway helped me find the perfect watch for my partner. She went out her way to show me different designs and educated me on the different types of watch’s there are. She is very knowledgable and has great customer service skills. She is an excellent manager. Thank you for being so patient and helpful, I’ll be asking to Laura again when I come back to visit the store. :)

   Came to Collect my watch that was sent off for engraving. Literally from start to finish i have recieved nothing but exceptional service from Laura B. She has been so professional and her customer service exceeds all expectations. She deserves real recognition for the service she has repeatedly given.    I've always enjoyed (and respected) the customer service at Ernest Jones' stores, and the store in Broadway, Bradford was no exception. George was brilliant, really helpful and clearly very knowledgeable on the subject of diamonds especially! I'd highly recommend this shop.

   Visited this store had a little browse until we got approached by an Asian woman who was working spoke to her about what we wanted and she wasn’t helpful at all. Worst customer service I have received and wouldn’t expect it from Ernest Jones! She pointed at a few things and basically fobbed us off. Lacked basic communication skills and wasn’t polite at all!

   Came in to get a battery change on my watch. I was originally dealt by Sehar who was fantastic. I was told the different services offered e.g Battery change or a full service. They were clear on the process, what work will be carried out, the duration the watch will be out. Received a text message by the them saying watch was back in. Arrived with the receipt and all good. The store is great has s good variety of other items such as rings and watches.
