   I visited the Bradford store on the evening of the 23/09 where I was totally ignored by a short lady stood at the back of the store stood at a laptop but on her phone (presumably the manager). There was another lady who was running around the shop doing everything while the other was totally unapproachable. This made me walk straight back out & has put me off shopping with Pandora again!

   No refund even with receipt – rude service I had a terrible experience at Pandora. I went in to return a product that was unused, with the original bill, and well within the 1-month return period. Instead of processing my refund, the staff (particularly a tall woman) insisted I had to swap the item or make another purchase. She completely refused to issue a refund, even though I met all the conditions. She was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. This is unacceptable for a brand like Pandora. I expected professional service, not pressure to spend more money. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this store.

   Came in to purchase a ring and Taylor and Amira were absolutely amazing! Their customer service, their warm tone and their friendly service really made my day. Would highly recommend this store due to them and would love to see them being appraised by their manager for their exceptional service!!

   Absolutely disgusted by the staff in this shop. So many staff working yet they are too busy avoiding customers waiting in the line. As I observed whilst waiting in line FOREVER. Staff were rudely talking to customers. Very VERY poor customer service. I do not buy from Pandora due to always having issues when going in to store. As I had been given a gift from Pandora during Christmas I had no choice but to enter the store. Customer service needs to be improved also management too. Asked a lady a question and got shoved away. Avoided from the start and will continue to AVOID.

   Very poor service. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The women serving us didn't even ask if we wanted the earrings and ring in a box, didn't realise she had put nearly £100 worth of jewellery in cheap tissue paper until we gave the items as a gift. Felt very embarrassed when it was opened in front of everyone, made the gift seem very cheap. Will not be returning.

   Such stuck up staff in the Bradford branch. Always have a slapped face on and mad rude. Nothing compared to earnest jones or h.Samual or warren James!

   My better half loves the products from here and for her birthday I bought two rings. There are plenty of choices for you to view and the service quick and friendly. My only downside was that no one came up asking if I needed help (when I was lost at first) but they were helpful once I had decided upon my choices.
