First time I've felt the need to leave a review, but the service in this store was so poor, with bad attitude towards customers. H Samuel have already been great in the past, however this branch lacks any decent or basic customer service.
One of workers decided to buy items from the store while other shoppers were in the shop waiting for at least 15 minutes. Had to approach the worker to eventually get somewhere as who knows how long I would be here 28.08.22

They sold me a ring with 30 day money back if my wife did not like it. As it happened she did not and 2 weeks later I went back and they said it had been worn so they could not refund me the £1500. They are very nice when trying to sell but do not honour the 30 day refund. I have opened a case with trading standards and contacted my card provider. The manger is arrogant and rude. Will not buy from them again
