Went here after really upsetting service from the jewellery shop before. This shop had the same stuff for a way better price!! Lovely service from the brother as well as a young lady (didn't catch her name unfortunately).

The worst store in terms of consumer rights. I bought a set yesterday and the lady packed it I notice at night when i was going through shopping that earrings were faulty and went following day to exchange in accordance with consumer rights they refused to return or exchange the product and were really rude and uncooperative. They faulty product was their fault but they refused to cooperate. Might as well scrap the law if it’s not gonna be abided. Do not use the shop as they aren’t even willing to admit their mistakes.
Avoid at all costs, keep changing prices and rubbish customer service! Better off walking around to other shops who are willing to help their customers.
When i first walked in with 2 friends the lady with the scarf whispered something about us to her colleague, I ignored that. Other than that she was nice. Found a nice bridal set from here, there was a price tag on the back that said it was for £120 the workers also said £120. I sent someone to go pick it up a few days later as I'm not from the area and the workers tried to rip my friend off and said £195! When they were reminded that I was quoted £120 they gave it for £120 absolute joke. Greedy.
