The care and compassion I have been given since I was diagnosed in June this year is exceptional. From the staff on reception in the clinic to the consultants and nurses I have never felt more positive even though I have stage 4 cancer.
I spend a year in this place having radiotherapy and chemo when I was 9 years old the doctors and nurses were wonderful and now I'm 61 and in really good health
My Mum has just completed 10 days of radiation treatment, though at 86 she’s found it tough going at times, the care, compassion and patience that was shown to her was 2nd to none, she’s asked me to write this review for her and wants to thank everyone involved in her care, in particular Emma, Dylan and Dan in the radiation department, as her daughter it’s been hard for her but I also want to say thank you for her wonderful care you are all amazing. Absolutely outstanding
Fantastic Hospital radiologist team fantastic they will look after you throughout the treatment you will see review nurses every week and explain everything to you. if you need to know anything always ask and they will advise you the receptionists are great they will go out their way to make sure you're booking arrangements are up to date and if you need help with travel they will help you sort that out for you as well. They are very caring and helpful they have been lovely to everyone I have seen come through those doors
As with every patient I've encountered, I agree that professionalism, attention and kindness is shown by ALL staff, not just health care professionals. However, I was prompted to post a review because of how impressed I am with the cleanliness of the hospital, especially the toilets! I have worked in many NHS hospitals over a 38 year period and I have never encountered such high standards of hygiene. The domestic staff obviously care very much about the wellbeing of patients undergoing treatment and they manage to achieve an impressive level of clean despite being constantly understaffed and underappreciated! Thank you all x
Staff and nurses absolutely Brilliant, and so caring. If there was a higher star rating, it would be top marks.
Friendly staff can't to enough for me makes me feel at ease but only wish is to have my hubby in with me Wen I get my treatment I understood in pandemic surely he could come in now wearing a mask ...but can't fault the treatment u get there kept me alive six years so grateful to each and every one they work so hard .. Wonderful hospital !!!
