   Have become a repeat customer! Super happy with the service at Mutts n Moggies. We were recommended this cattery by our vets (Family Friends Vets) and they were not wrong about how great it is! My cat had his own pen, perfect given he is an indoor cat and used to being alone. The pen was super clean when I came to pick him up and he seemed content to stay there. Will definitely be using this cattery again! To take this beyond the 10/10 service offered, I would be really keen to see a discount for those with Family Friends Vets, or a reward system where the 8th visit or something is free. But honestly, it is a great service as is for cats :)

   We went for a viewing today, and the lady we spoke with who gave us a tour was genuinely lovely. She was so bubbly and knowledgeable. She couldn't have done more to assist us. Not many places will even take one working protection dog with open arms, let alone 3, but they were so accommodating and reassuring. I have already booked in, and from what I have seen so far, we will be a regular customer, hopefully.

   Recommend highly. I keep my Husky x Akita, Ace, here. He doesn’t like being apart from us but he is perfectly happy staying here. He loves it. I can always rely on them to keep Ace when I need to. The staff are so caring lovely. They update social media pages and respond very fast with pictures or queries. I wouldn’t take Ace anywhere else! The only downside would be lack of lack of socialising with others dogs if you have a very large dog.

   Milo absolutely loves going to daycare - so much so he picks a toy to take with him every day and he carries his bag into the car. The staff in daycare and in the kennels are so friendly and really do care for the dogs. It has enabled my puppy to become more sociable with other dogs too. The only issue is entering the car park - it’s been really dangerous entering and leaving so when doing so please be careful as there is a major blind spot and the location is on a road that is national speed limit. Thank you so much for being so lovely to the dogs but also to the owners!

   We (Tulips & Tails Pet Photography) have done a two Photo Shoot days here and have seen how well the pups are looked after. Marie and the team clearly have a great understanding of Doggy behaviour and clearly love dogs!! As a local business we have no issues at all recommending them to our clients and have booked our pup into Both Daycare and the Kennels too. Highly Recommended!

   Marie the owner is amazing. My small dog is diabetic and nervous and can snap out of fear and Marie spent an hour or two over several visits winning his trust and spending the time to get him used to the surroundings. I really can't praise the business and all the staff highly enough. Would recommend to anyone needing a pet hotel
