   I have been using Penthouse Cats for almost 8 years, since my little ragdoll was 6 months, due to nature of work I use the service 5 times a years from 1 week duration to 2 weeks. My ragdoll was not the easy to look after and needed alot of attention Nicola and tge staff have always been very professional, caring loving towards the cats. The cattery is very clean, spacious unlike other places they also have access to fresh air from there living Penthouse which my cat adored. He would always be ready in his cat carrier for his holiday. Nicola really goes out of her way to take care and provide best service. I now have a small ragdoll kitten who has been there twice so far this year, even with his bladder issues, I was confident that Nicola and the staff would take care of his requirements. He's been there twice this year so far and he loves his stay. This is a safe, clean, beautiful environment for cats. My sister also uses it for her elderly cat. Nicola has alot of knowledge about cats and how to look after them while they are away from home. Thank you Nicola, Paul and staff ladies for taking care of our cats. You do a great service and hard work. You give ive your 100% love and energy to the cats and customers. I always see passion for what you do. Thank you Sarika

   We went on vacation for a week and left 2 of our cats, one was a tabby breed and the other one was Persian. For a few days after returning they weren't eating but the tabby cat was eating and was fine after a few days, however the Persian cat wasn't well and eating. A week went by and her health was getting worse day by day, she stayed in the vet for 3 days because her health was that bad and now she had 8 to 10 seizures. She was a healthy cat, she never had any problem only after we picked them up from this place she had all of these problems and she passed away due to an infection she got staying there. Please do not leave your cats here this is truly a crime.

   I always board my cat here whenever I travel. They always accommodate my cats' needs and are very friendly. If for some reason my flight was delayed and I had to collect my cat the next day, they are very understanding and reasonable. The owner, Nicola, is kind and approachable. My cats do well here. Thank you for taking care of my cats.

   Don’t use this place. Initially I was led to believe that Nicola was a nice person but believe you me it’s a very good mask she puts on making out she is so caring etc. I’m a disabled person and was offered help after I paid nearly a grand to leave my cat at this place. I had to go into hospital really unwell and my cat had nowhere to go so he went here then they wanted to charge me £400 for it. They only care about money at this place not the animals or disabled people. Will never be using again. The way I have been spoken to today by a member of their staff for asking if she could help me pick up a prescription because I’m disabled and can’t leave the house is shocking. If you are healthy and have lots of money this place will be fine for you. If you are disabled give it a wide berth.

   My cat loved having a little vacation here. Nicola gave updates if I asked, felt totally reassured my cat was being well looked after. Would definitely recommend leaving your cat here if you are going away. ❤
