   We housed Churro at the Cat's Whiskers for three weeks, during which Chantal took the most excellent care of him. She is one who truly prioritises a cat's well-being, and is keenly attuned to their every need and individual personalities. The boarding premises are also excellent and is a calm, clean and peaceful haven for cats. We highly recommend her!

   Our first time ever using a cattery for our deaf rescue cat and we were nervous. Chantal was wonderful, provided regular updates, photos and videos. Chantal went way beyond what we expected and even took our little lady to her vet (after checking with us) to sort out a matting issue with her fur. Chantal clearly is devoted and loving and I will most definitely book with her again. Highly recommend this wonderful cattery

   Chantal and her Cattery is simply outstanding. We have previously used other highly regarded catteries but none have provided the professional and loving care, not to mention knowledge and expertise that she does. Both our cats returned home in better shape than they went-which was very impressive as they are very pampered! We will certainly never go anywhere else and would work our dates around Chantal’s diary to ensure our cats stay at the Cats Whiskers.

My girls thrive on human interaction, and it's clear they are always well looked after. When I pick them up, they return home happy, relaxed, and full of energy! Chantal’s cattery is simply fantastic, featuring spacious cabins nestled within a beautiful garden. The setting allows the cats to enjoy nature and stay entertained during their stay. As a very attentive and particular cat guardian, I truly appreciate the level of care and attention provided here.    My wife and I would highly recommend this cattery. Our two cats stayed here for two months - we were very apprehensive about being away them for such a long period but were reassured that they were in very good hands while we were away. Chantal took great care of them while they there, making sure they were fed and safe but also taking time to get to know them and spend time with them. She even helped our cats lose weight and become healthier! Chantal was fantastic in the lead up to their stay too, letting us know everything we should pack and the steps we should take to prevent them getting too anxious. We couldn’t have found a better place for our cats to stay while away.

   Chantal is simply amazing and my 2 ragdoll cats absolutely love her! They have boarded with her a few times now and I have only positive things to say. Chantal knows everything there is to know about cats and has given me some great advice. She takes time to get to know each cat’s personality and their routines, treating them all as individuals. The cattery itself is very clean, comfortable and well located with views of the garden for the cats to enjoy! Worth every penny to know that my cats are happy and well looked after. Thanks Chantal - we will definitely be back!

   Best boarding experience ever! I would give 10 stars if possible. We moved to UK from overseas with a very nervous cat. From the first email contact we had with Chantal I started to relax. She was very responsive, supportive and reassuring. When we got here we had a quick tour (careful not to interact with our cat so we didn't upset her adjustment - Chantal knows cats so well!). It is a lovely facility. Very generous spaces for all cats, sparkling clean, calm environment yet stimulating with plenty of fresh air as well as quiet indoor spaces. Having such a lovely place for our cat during our transition has made our move so much easier. UPDATE: We picked up our cat 4 days ago and brought her to our new home. A house she's never lived in without any of our furniture (it hasn't arrived in UK yet). So there is nothing that is familiar to her (except us). Yet she's amazingly relaxed and has adapted far better than we anticipated based her temperament and our previous overseas moves. She clearly was very happy at The Cat's Whiskers to arrive home in such great emotional and physical shape. We are huge Chantal/Cat Whiskers fans!
