   Perfect place for your cat to stay whilst you’re away - lovely owners, who clearly adore cats and provide bespoke care to each cat, including cuddles to our highly nervous shy girl. Socialising with other cats is also allowed if your cat is happy to. Can’t recommend highly enough.

   I was very nervous as our kitten Charlie is only 5 months old and this was the first time we’ve ever used a cattery. I needn’t have worried, as soon as we met Natalie and Ian and saw The Willows I knew he would be well looked after. The pens are large and Charlie was able to get some exercise in the corridor and also make a friend! Natalie provided updates and it was nice to know he was happy and he’s booked in for our holidays next year!

   Just wanted to say how absolutely delighted we are to have found Willows Cattery! we tried to book our cat in a couple of years ago but we were too late and they were fully booked so we had to use another cattery. When we collected Charlie from there he had lost weight and seemed very miserable! so we were worried about leaving him again. However, this time at Willows was a completely different story! He has put (a liittle bit of) weight on and was chilling in the communal area when we collected him. Nathalie had obviously got to know him well and realised that he would enjoy the interaction with the other cats which he really seemed to. Nathalie obviously is a cat lover and I really feel Charlie was treated like one of her own while we were away. We would not hesitate to book him in again, thank you so much!    Fantastic in every way! My wife and I were a bit nervous about leaving our cat Claudia in a cattery for the first time, but from the moment we met Natalie & Ian we knew everything would be fine. Natalie was kind enough to send us photos and updates while we were away, and Ian dropped off Claudia back home an hour after we arrived back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Willows Cattery. The facilities are first class, and the wonderful, warm nature of Natalie and Ian really made the experience wonderful. Thank you so much again - Claudia will be definitely coming back to visit you soon!

   This was the 1st time we used Willows Cattery for my Bengal cat Tommy and l am very pleased to say that Natalie and Ian have both been amazing with a 5 * service....amazing and Tommy came back happy and stress free. I have only praise for both Natalie and Ian who are a lovely couple and loves cats and did a superb job in looking after Tommy.

   We sent our cat Rodney to Willows for 10 days whilst away skiing. Having never used a cattery before I was nervous of leaving our fur baby. However I need not have worried, Rodney had a great time. The facilities are fantastic and Natalie very kindly sent me some pics of how he was getting. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

   After being worried about putting my 1 year old Luna into a Catery I visited Willows and was really impressed with the facility and how much Natalie loves her cats. It is a lovely home away from home for cats. Luna has been to stay this weekend and Natalie stayed in touch with me over the weekend with photos and updates which put my mind at rest so much.. I picked Luna up this morning and it is clear she has had a lovely time and is very happy. I would recommend Willows Catery to everybody . Very very happy I found them

   What lovely, friendly people Natalie and Ian are! They clearly love the cats and are very attentive to their needs. One of our cats has a heart problem and we felt confident to leave him and his sister in their care. The Willow's Cattery is clean and very well-run and I would whole-heartedly recommend it as a safe place to leave your cats during periods of absence.
