Our dog has been cared for by London Woof for over 5 years. We use them for boarding whilst we are away. He always returns to us happy, relaxed and well fed (which is not always easy with our dog who goes off his food if he is unhappy). I am kept updated with daily photographs and he often looks like he is smiling in them! Thanks London Woof. I really feel that I am leaving our boy with people who genuinely love dogs.

From the moment David arrives to collect her, it’s clear how much she adores him. Vera is absolutely wonderful with communication and organisation, which gives us so much peace of mind.
Holly comes home happy, tired, and content after every visit, and we know she’s in the best hands while we’re away. We’ve even trusted LondonWoof for an overnight boarding, and the whole process was seamless. We came home to the same joyful, well-cared-for pup we always do.
I also have to give a special mention to Inges, their incredible trainer. Holly is a very active, high-energy pup, and his guidance has made a huge difference – not only with her training, but with ours as owners. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, and he even takes time when he’s at the daycare center to check in on our progress and work with Holly. The progress we’ve made thanks to him has been remarkable, and we honestly can’t recommend him highly enough.
It’s such a relief to have found a daycare where Holly is not only safe, but genuinely loved, trained, and cared for. We’re so grateful to David, Vera, Inges, and the whole LondonWoof team for treating her like one of their own.

Our Labradoodle Charlie, has been a regular at London Woof for a few years now. He loves going to see his friends and the staff are incredibly kind and caring to him. When we are away and when Charlie is at London Woof, we get a photo and update almost every day, which provides us with the assurance we need that he is in safe hands. We did not have a good experience with LondonWoof and would not recommend. We asked several times for updates on our puppy and what she has been up to, but got limited to no response. From the updates we did get, you could clearly see there were way too many dogs per the amount of staff. In one video you could see our puppy cornered by 5 other days and she was clearly scared. She also came home with scratch marks on her belly (probably from mounting) and bite marks on both ears. Be careful!!!

Well, what can I say...AMAZING! Honestly, I am so in love with London Woof, as is Ruby my 3 year old schnoodle. The love and care she receives from Gabor, Ruta and Maruena (sorry, I don't know the correct spelling!!! But Ruby goes NUTS when he comes to pick her up!!! And he is so brilliant with her) I feel such a sense of relief knowing she is having a ball and in safe hands on days I need day care, and just recently she had her first overnight. She loved it. I have had issues with Ruby in the past with separation anxiety and also being a little madam with taking it as she is top dog. But I have been actively re-training her and she is a different dog...I definitely link this with her attending London Woof too. They know her needs and have been implementing her new routine there too. She is calmer, happier, less anxious and well, just the happiest I have ever seen her. Thank you LW and all the team. Big shout out to Gabor who calls to let me know how she is getting on...SO lovely. What a manager. You have made my life so much easier too, any single dog parent knows it's tough...not anymore :) I genuinely can't recommend LW enough, if Ruby could talk, she would absolutely agree.
