   I cannot recommend Airpets highly enough. They helped us with the clearance for our dog travelling from Georgia, which is an extremely difficult and complex case due to the number of documents required and their very short expiry dates. Every step needed precision and careful attention, and the team handled this brilliantly. A very special thank you to Jodie, who was absolutely amazing. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed and close to giving up, worrying that the documents wouldn’t work — but Jodie stayed positive, encouraging, and incredibly supportive throughout. She was always quick to respond to my emails and questions and explained everything clearly. She truly went above and beyond. Many people might have given up halfway through such a complicated process, but Jodie encouraged me, took full responsibility, and handled everything at the highest professional level. Thanks to her, what felt impossible became achievable. I’m deeply grateful for her dedication and kindness, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Airpets to anyone facing a challenging pet travel situation.

   Just a huge thanks to Airpets, who we chose to transport our cat Humphrey from London to Singapore for our big move. Throughout, Airpets have been amazing... Detailed, reassuring, and answering all our 'silly questions'! Lauren was fantastic and cannot thank her enough. Humphrey arrived with us in Singapore this week safe and sound, and everything went perfectly. Honestly, if you're not sure which pet agent to pick, it's these guys without a doubt.    Both my cats (Birmans, 15 years old) flew from the UK - Canada with Airpets and it was a joy to see them when they arrived, safe, happy and calm. Emily handled all the logistics for us and was reassuring throughout. She was so knowledgeable and guided us through the booking. I would 100% recommend Airpets for cat travel!

   We shipped our three parrots from the US to the UK with Amber, who did a fantastic job as our customs clearing agent. She was thorough, knowledgeable and most of all kind. Bringing parrots over is very complicated and she was able to help us with many of the details that weren’t obvious to a first-timer. When a paperwork error from our vets (not Airpets’ fault!) caused the birds to stay a couple extra days at a quarantine facility, she had excellent communication with us and even advocated for our disabled bird to receive the care he needed while quarantining. I’m very grateful to Airpets, they provided us great peace of mind amongst a stressful move.

   I see lots of positive reviews but unfortunately, I had an issue - it's been 2 months since I complained that they shipped my cats in second hand crates (while charging the same!) with the removable raised floor missing. Meaning my animals spent 19 hours in dirty, unsuitable bedding and arrived swimming (literally sloshing around!) in their own waste and very distressed. One had been so distressed he's rubbed his nose raw, blood all around the crate and no-one noticed! They also claimed to not use normal blankets as bedding until I showed photos of how they arrived and suddenly there is no explanation. The vet bed they claim is absorbent which was used in the other crate is absolutely useless for this purpose, is actually designed NOT to be absorbent so in violation of the guidelines. I was promised an investigation over a month ago but am now being completely blanked by everyone, no replies to my chasing up. Even trying to get hold of the MD and no reply. I would never, NEVER use this company again given they simply don't care to respond and make sure this does not happen to any other animals. You have been warned.

   We recently relocated our fur baby Schnauzer from Vietnam to the UK and had such a pleasant and reassuring experience with Amber at Airpets. We were regularly updated with photos and information, the whole procedure was smooth, easy and comfortable knowing he was in safe hands during his journey and arrival.    Airpets recently helped relocate my Jack Russell Toby from the UK to Australia. The import regulations were very strict and I’m very pleased with how diligent, organised and thorough Airpets were, in order to meet all the requisite criteria to successfully relocate Toby. Throughout his stay with Airpets, Toby was well looked after by the Airpets team, I received photo updates, queries were responded to quickly and all requisite vaccinations were made at the times required before flying. Toby arrived safe and sound, and when I collected him from quarantine, he was a super happy and cheerful pup. Overall, Airpets were very professional, the staff all love animals so you know your pet will be well looked after, they provided a great service and if you’re looking for a pet relocation service, this is a place I highly recommend.    We had a super smooth and easy experience bringing our rescue kitty over to the UK from Kuwait. Amber was extremely friendly and happy to answer our questions, and Lee was great and on-hand to get him to us on the day. 10/10 communication from beginning to end - we just showed up and collected our boy. He was watered, fed and super relaxed, which is a great sign. We recommend Airpets to everyone for their professionalism and immense care for the animals they transport - Archie's very long journey could've been very scary for him, but they made him feel extremely safe throughout. In just a few days, he's completely settled! Thank you Amber and Lee ❤️
