   First time I have ever used a cattery so was naturally apprehensive and worried about leaving my 2 babies for 11 days. I viewed a few in the area and the impression I got from Hawthornes straight away sold me. It was so apparent from the off that the staff really cared about their cats, it wasnt just a business. I got regular updates and pictures, I didnt worry at all when I was away as I knew they were being looked after so well. The staff are so lovely, welcoming and knew my cats names when I turned up. If I go away again I will bring my cats here without a doubt. Thanks so much for looking after my guys so well, they have been glued to me since ive been home but they are so happy.    If you are going on a road trip and wondering who to call upon to look after your cat(s), these guys are here to help. They are located just north of Crawley, and it is quite easy to get to. Their cat hotel is situated at a quiet area, so your cat can relax there while you are away. Feel free to let them know if your cat has special needs or special diets, and they will accommodate it per your instructions. Recommended.

   Had a work emergency and needed to find safe place for my cat to stay. There is a 3 nights minimum. It's like a money making bed and breakfast business. Bit disappointed. Glad I managed to find a cattery whose owner truly love cats above money matters.

   Would highly recommend Hawthorne Cat Hotel. When we collected our cat he was very happy and well cared for. We left him for over two weeks and would choose Hawthorne Cat Hotel to take of him again, be it for a couple of weeks or a weekend.
