   We've been using Shima Cat Hotel for about a year and Andina has always looked after our cat really well! She's an obvious cat lover and knows how to handle them (even when they're a bit naughty)! The facilities are great, with each room having their own heater for the colder months, and panelling over the outer walls that can be removed in the hotter months to let air in. Very reasonably priced, with great communication, we'd definitely recommend to others. We've tried other catteries in the area, but none compare to the level of personal service and value we get from here.

   Our cat has just had his first ever cattery stay at Shima Cat hotel. We were a little anxious at how he would get on as he is only a youngster at 4 months old, but Andina was really helpful and even sent us an update with some photos. He settled in very quickly and seemed happy and relaxed when I came to pick him up. Would highly recommend Shima Cat hotel and will be booking again later this year.

   My British Shorthair kitten has visited Shima Cat Hotel twice, and has been looked after perfectly each time. She has returned home completely happy, and never shown anything other than being calm and content. The rooms at the hotel are spacious, she gets to play with new toys, and I'm told she gets spoiled for attention each time. The owner is so friendly and clearly loves animals, which makes me confident in leaving my pet there while I'm away.

   Our cat, Otter recently stayed at the Shima Cat Hotel. The cattery is very clean and it was clear that Andina adores cats and looks after them as if they were her own. When we collected her, Otter was happy and relaxed, and tellingly, settled straight back in at home. Would definitely recommend and will be rebooking next time we go away. Thank you Andina!

   We left our two cats at Shima Cat Hotel for 10 days during last Christmas holidays. Andina looked after them beautifully. Pens are tidy, clean and confortable. I was looking for a cattery where my cats could feel loved, where they could get cuddles and attention while we were away and I found it. When we took my cats back home they were calm and relaxed. I would recommend Shima Cat Hotel to anyone with no doubt and I will definitively leave my cats with Andina again next time we will be away
