I was having really bad tinnitus, and booked four sessions with Sarah-Jane. She was very warm and encouraging, and every hypno sessions was deeply relaxing. Sometimes I felt like I was floating! She also gave me a recorded session to listen to each day. My tinnitus improved a lot over the month, to the point where it hardly bothers me.
