It was Henry’s first time boarding so we were really apprehensive to put him in, but were able to relax quite quickly knowing he was settling in well. The grounds are beautiful and it’s clear the dogs are really well cared for. Lyn and the team kept us updated which made us feel so at ease. We picked up a very happy boy with a wagging tail – can’t thank them enough!

I have just picked up my sprocker from his first stay at Windmill farm kennels. What an absolute great experience both for us as owners and for my furbaby. We have never used kennels before, so didn't know what to expect. Check in went smoothly. We got pictures of his shenanigans throughout his stay. Check out was great both myself and partner were pleased to see our furbaby was very happy chilling in his kennel waiting for us to collect him. Thank you windmill farm kennels for allowing us to enjoy our holiday knowing his stay was in an environment of animal lovers.

I would not recommend Windmill Farm Kennels. Based on the positive reviews I felt as ease taking my dog here, however this is not the experience we had. My dog went in with a tailpocket infection which was already improving. I provided the instructions on what was needed. When she came home to see the wipes had hardly been used I was shocked! Her infection had worsened and I was only advised of this the day I phoned on pick up day. I only received 2 updates of my dog during her stay and both times I replied asking how she was to which my messages were ignored. Her food bag she came back with was fuller than it should have been. I did email about these issues to be advised some staff were concerned about her lack of appetite but the Kennel Manager didn't seem to think it was an issue. My sister in law picked up our dog. as she works close by and we hadn't landed yet, she was given no handover and it wasn't till we picked her up we saw the cut on her nose and some marks under her chin which makes me wonder if she'd been with other dogs. Baring in mind she's in season! The response I've had from Windmill Farm did not fill me with hope, it seems the Kennel Manager decides what communication is and isn't sent to the owners and it was also the Kennel Manager who ignored my messages. My dog is still not the same a week later. She had an awful stomach on return which still hasn't been fixed and her appetite is only just back to normal today. I will never use or recommend this kennels again and please don't do what I did and assume it is a good kennels based on reviews!

Fantastic, professional and caring staff. My dog willow has been there three years in a row now and even though she’s a shy dog she loves the team. With recent app and website updates etc. I get photo updates and massages from the team. She comes home happy every time, well looked after. CHECK THE PHOTO FOE THE CUTEST SMILE! For the pricing they are good and worth every penny. Walked multiple times a day and fed well. If your dog has anything special needed or own food they look after that and follow feeding etc.

We are first timers putting our dogs into kennels so we were very apprehensive. Having visited two other kennels prior to visiting Windmill Farm we felt this wasn't going to be easy for both us and the dogs however that all changed upon arrival. I was greeted by Lyn who immediately made us feel at ease with her knowledge and connection with the dogs and her staff. As our dogs are small and slightly timid natured they made arrangements for them to be kennelled separately from the larger dogs in the main block. While away we were sent pics and updates on how they were doing which made it all so much less stressful. Us dog lovers all treasure our pooches and I would highly recommend Windmill Farm for its staff and professionalism for caring for your dogs while away. Thank you Lyn and all of your team, our dogs have come home as happy and healthy as they left.

My Pomeranian stayed for 10 days and seemed to have loved her stay, planning for her to stay again shortly. Very convenient location for us when flying in and out of Gatwick.

Put my cat in for 3 nights, the cat came home absolutely covered in fleas, it's so bad my 4 year old son is suffering from bites as well as my poor cat. We have never had a problem with fleas until this.

My dogs have been guests at Windmill Farm for over 10 years! They see their van and they can't wait to go...a wonderful and very caring family run business who I trust implicitly with my furr babies.
