   Absolutely cannot fault this place. I had the best experience with Gabriela who was so communicative and kind from start to finish. My cat has never had the best experience staying away from home and Gabriela was more than patient with the drop off facilitation and making sure Roo was doing everything at her own speed - she even got comfortable in her XL suite while I was still standing there! I also got regular updates while I was away so had peace of mind throughout. Even after leaving I was given a little gift bag which was the loveliest finishing touch. Will absolutely be booking here again in the future, nowhere else compares. Thank you!

   Gaby was great with our cat whilst we were away for a few days. It was our first time using a cat hotel and can say we felt totally relaxed knowing that she was in good hands. The suites are very clean and well thought out. Great choice of food and toys to keep the cats happy and entertained. Also had regular updates (with photos!) of our cat which was much appreciated. Check in and check out very easy and accommodating. Will be using again for sure.

   Longcroft Kenley/Gaby was amazing - her children too! As someone who was extremely nervous to leave her boys while I was away Gaby did an amazing job at making me feel at ease! I was sent daily pictures of them which was so nice/reassuring. The place itself is beautiful & there isn’t a lot of other kitties staying, so Gaby isn’t overly busy & is able to spend quality time with everyone. I will be bringing the boys back next time I go away… this will be there home away from home!

   It was our first time boarding our 6m old kitten, Casper, and we couldn’t have had a better experience with the lovely Gabriela at Longcroft Kenley. The suite was huge and in a beautiful, tranquil setting in the garden. Gabriela kept us updated with photos of Casper throughout our holiday and gave us peace of mind that he had settled in well. We wouldn’t hesitate to board Casper at Longcroft Kenley again.

   We can't recommend Longcroft Kenley enough. From the outset our experience has been 5 star - from the ease of booking, regular contact during our 7 month old kitten's stay and his happy demeanor after pick up (no grumpy cat mood for leaving him thankfully!) We were really worried about leaving him for the first time (especially since he had been with us constantly during lockdown) and did a lot of research into finding the right place. Gabriela completely put our minds at ease. She tried different foods on him, played with and brushed him daily and sent lots of photos so we knew how he was getting on. We even received a postcard telling us all about his adventures! Thank you Gabriela and Longcroft for taking care of our fur baby! Sending paw hugs from Walter x

   If you want only the best for your furry friends, then this is the place to take them. With only 6 suites, you can be confident that your cats will be getting a lot of love and attention and this is demonstrated in the regular updates and photos that Gabriela sends. They arguably get more treats and attention while holidaying here than they do at home! One of the main reasons we first went with Longcroft Kenley was due to one of our cats needing sub-cutaneous fluids administering during their stay. Gabriela was only too happy to do so and took the time to learn the process and apply it confidently. When he had a small episode during his stay, Gabriela was calm and informative throughout, using her own initiative to manage the problem and giving me the confidence that he was in good hands, significantly reducing the stress of being away while he was unwell. In my experience (since we buy the top tier "all-inclusive" package for their stays) it works out at about twice what we would pay at a normal cattery but you are getting 5 times the service for that price and I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else now.

   An amazing stay for our little kitten! I can’t recommend Longcroft in Kenley enough. Gabriela made us feel so at ease and went out of her way to look after little Phoebe. If you are ever thinking of leaving your cat and feel worried, this is the place to come. Gabriela is the perfect host, keeps you up to date with great photos and videos. The suites are luxurious and miles away from a standard cattery. We visited a lot of other places before we chose Longcroft and I can’t describe how much better this is - you will be so pleased with your choice!
