   Reliable, professional, loving, communicative and perfect day care for my little dog. The staff always show up on time and are so polite and caring. My little dog, is always so excited to go to day care with the staff and she comes home tired, happy and well looked after. The staff are very flexible with changes to days and even have taken in my parcels that were left on the door step for me. Really lovely people. The price is excellent for a pick-up and drop-off and they are very accommodating to new dogs. They also meet the dog first to ensure that only well behaved pets are part of the community.

   I cannot recommend Elmtree Doggie Daycare enough. They are absolutely fantastic. From the moment my dog gets collected to the time he is dropped off, I know he is safe, happy, and so well cared for. The team send me lots of photos throughout the day, and it is clear he adores being there. Seeing him so content gives me complete peace of mind. When he gets home he’s super tired, giving me a night off my doggie walk. The consistency is amazing. The same lovely people collect and drop him off, which makes such a difference for him and for me. They have been incredibly flexible and understanding whenever I have needed to swap, add, or cancel days, which I really appreciate. Communication is so easy via text, and I have even had thoughtful replies out of hours (never expected, but so kind when it happens). A huge shout out to Ashleigh, Rosie, and Lucy, who I have communicated with the most. They are genuinely the kindest, most helpful people. Always friendly, always professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Honestly, there are no words to fully capture how grateful I am to have found Elm Tree Doggie Daycare. They are wonderful in every way ☺️

   Our puppy has been going to Elmtree for a few weeks and I'm just blown away by how incredible it is. Photo updates, amazing friendly team who pick him up and drop him off and he's so excited anytime he sees the van now. It's made going to work and leaving him so much easier. Highly recommend!

   This is an absolutely brilliant service. I initially tried individual dog sitters but they were liable to cancel at short notice, required you to deliver & pickup on time, & required hours of life admin organising a patchwork of care each week. Compare this to Elmtree where you have flexibility, reliability & where they pick up & return your dog for you. It was the highlight of my dog’s week (great for his socialisation) and a lifesaver for me especially in his first year when he really could not be left alone. Thank you so much Ashley and team for taking such great care of my dog!!

   Outstanding service. My dog always has a wonderful day. Excellent supportive and trustworthy staff who provide regular feedback. Willing to allow extra days booked at short notice. Great quick liaison over WhatsApp message system. Facilities at centre second to none. Competitively priced but offers for dogs so much more than other local providers. Regular photos and videos sent giving reassurance and peace of mind my dog is loving his time with Elmtree.

   My dog goes to Elmtree for daycare and loves it there. I get pictures of my dog at daycare and I can see she’s having a great time. She comes home and sleeps straight away as she’s tired from all the playing.

   Completed an 8 week puppy course which was very informative and gave a great foundation to move forward with training. Not sure who enjoyed the course more me or my puppy! Lyn, Emma & Jane were very helpful, knowledgeable, supportive & very friendly. I would without hesitation recommend Elmtree Happy Dogs Training.... So impressed with them that I have booked two further courses.

   Maggie, our Vizsla loves Elmtree. She gets so excited when she sees the fantastic Keda arriving to pick her up and happily trots off to spend a day with her doggy and human buddies. She really has benefitted from the socialisation. They’ve looked after Maggie when she has felt under the weather, giving her lots of cuddles. They genuinely love dogs and it shows.

   Once a month, there is a Beagle Bonanza - several hours of Beagle mayhem as 20-30+ Beagles run free in a safe area. A joy to watch these energetic, fun, rewarding canines doing what comes naturally - being a pack.

   Elmtree doggy daycare is absolutely fantastic. Mungo has been going since he was 15 weeks old and he loves it. He gets so excited when the van arrives to collect him that it's hard to get his lead on as he wriggles so much! I can see from the photos and videos they send that he is clearly very happy there, and I know he is in good hands. I would definitely recommend Elmtree.
