   I was very apprehensive about leaving my cat Maisie at Longcroft Luxory cat Hotel as Maisie is a 3 year old rescue. She is a bit on the wild side and had never been away from home whilst with me. Loria was amazing. She performed her magic on Maisie who came home totally relaxed, a little bit plumper and with a very glossy gorgeous coat. I cannot thank you more and Maisie loved all the treats! Highly recommend. Thank you to Loria and family.

   Ann was absolutely amazing with our cats Beanie and Bear, she kept in contact with lots of updates with wonderful photos and videos. Beanie is always quiet and a little shy but Ann really brought her out of her shell and made her so comfortable.

   My boys had the best overnight stay with Ann before their big holiday next year. It was the first time I’d ever left them somewhere overnight and I can’t stress how lovely the team were, reassuring me and putting my mind at ease.    As a Pet Sitter, I need to ensure my kitty cat is well looked after when I am away, for my peace of mind and to ensure my very high standards of care are maintained.
