   Sadly our cat got hit by a car and died so we had to cancel. Despite giving 3 weeks notice, refused to refund £170 deposit, claiming they’d struggle to fill the spot (in peak holiday season). Says a lot about the business.

   My cats stayed here several weeks ago. I found the owners very inflexible about the time the cat was dropped off and picked up. Also, I was very concerned as it was so cold outside and the cats' living area is barely heated (there is a tiny heater at the end of the room and the door is closed at night only) - the FAQs on their website says there are heated beds but this isn't actually true. As soon as you call them to book, they ask for a 50% deposit in their first sentence to you - very money orientated. My cats came back very skittish and I wouldn't book again.

   I was slightly worried about my 7 month old kitten Google going into cattery for the first time. Need not have worried, Pages were great and he has come home very happy and content . He also loves his goody bag which was a sweet touch. Thank you and definately will be booking again
