   We lucked out finding Petpals Chingford! Kerry is fantastic. We went away for two weeks, and I was pretty nervous because I hadn’t left my younger cat for that long before. She’s an anxious little rescue, but Kerry made her and my other cat Daisy feel so safe and comfortable. You could tell they were really well cared for. She kept us updated with regular messages and pictures (she’s got a great eye for those too!). She helped keep the place clean and took the rubbish out before we got back. Petpals is also super reasonable price-wise and is great value for money. I’d 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Kerry, for giving us total peace of mind while we were away.

   Kerry has looked after our cat on a number of occasions now over the past year. Our 13 year old Battersea rescue cat is very nervous when it comes to new people and places. So coming across Pet Pals has been a real godsend for us as we were concerned about how he would cope in a cattery. Kerry is really friendly, efficient and demonstrates a clear love for the animals she is taking care of. We have been kept up to date whilst away, providing peace of mind, and have always come home to a happy, content cat. We could not recommend Pet Pals more and will be continuing to enlist Kerry's help in the future once lockdown has ended.

   Excellent service, I have been using Kerry's professional service for about seven years and always pleased on my return from holiday on how clean the place is and my pets are happy too. She was particularly good when I was incapacitated a year ago and came in daily to see to my pets. They are trained in giving medication to animals too.

   Have used Petpals twice now (2nd time at late notice) and really happy using them. Kerry is friendly and approachable making the whole thing of going away less stressful on both us and our fussy little cat (definitely compared with a cattery). She even washes up and picks up the post for us which is a nice touch as well. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

   Terrible! Kerry sent some random illiterate around our house who despite written instructions overfed our cat who then obviously threw up all over the house. I asked her about the note I left for her and she lied about seeing it but not reading it properly (which would also not have been reassuring), but with our security cameras recording the visits I not only know she‘s a liar, I can also report that the "up to 20-minute visit“ is 8 minutes at most and our cat hasn‘t been stroked in 48 hours. Do not trust them with your cat!

   Kerry has been looking after our cat while we've been away for over a year now. She's been totally fantastic and super helpful noticing important things regarding our home while we've been out. She's really on top of the communication. I'm glad she's in the area!
