   We're joining the choir to sing Teresa and Simon's praises! We we really apprehensive about leaving our girl Croía in a cattery whilst we went away as she's still quite young and can be very shy and skittish, but we needn't have worried at all. Simon invited us up for a look around before we confirmed anything, and by the time we arrived home my partner and I agreed she would be in safe hands. Teresa was happy to send a couple of short videos while we were away so we could see how Croía was getting on, and I noticed when we went to collect her that notes are kept on the back of the pen door recording things like nutrition intake, how much she'd interacted etc which was really reassuring. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fernlea or using them again.

   When you leave your cat in a new and strange environment, you can't help but worry how well they'll settle. So having recently started boarding my cat with Teresa and Simon at Fernlea, l've found a wonderful location with huge pens and people who genuinely care how they provide for their residents. Super grateful that Theresa kept me updated with how my cat was doing during her stay, so l got to enjoy a worry free vacation.

   Fernlea Cattery is absolutely the best. We've known Theresa and Simon for over 15 years and they've looked after our cats past and present for that time. The care the cats receive is second to none and their professionalism is exemplary when it comes to dealing with all types of different cat personalities. We trust them so much with our little ginger fur baby and would highly recommend Fernlea Cattery. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings in which the kitties can enjoy looking out to. The cats are given the best attention, great menu choice, super clean accommodation and heating for the chillier nights. Our fur baby loves her stay and Theresa and Simon understand her little ways.    I recently had the pleasure of boarding my cat at this wonderful cattery, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Theresa and Simon are passionate about the care they provide. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable during his stay. The environment is exceptionally clean, and the pens are spacious, giving the cats plenty of room to relax. My cat had a lovely time exploring and resting in his cosy pen. I especially appreciated the large garden area with a beautiful view—what a peaceful setting for the cats to enjoy! Located in a quiet spot, the cattery offers a serene and calm atmosphere, which is perfect for pets who need some downtime. Theresa and Simon even provided me with updates through videos, so I could see how my cat was settling in. It was so reassuring to know he was being well looked after. If you're looking for a caring, clean, and spacious place for your cat, this is the cattery for you. Simon and Theresa truly care about what they do, and it shows in the way they treat every cat like their own.

   We brought our cat Binx here for the first time last week. We were a bit anxious as he is only 5 months and was his first time staying away from us. But Theresa and Simon were really reassuring over the phone before booking and gave us suggestions of things to bring to make Binx feel at home. While we were away Theresa sent videos of how well Binx was getting on which really reassured us – you can tell they are both brilliant with cats and really care for them. Binx came back really relaxed - will definitely be using again next time we go away.

   I’ve not left my cats before and I’m a very anxious person. I went round to view Fearnlea cattery and was really impressed with both the owners and the facilities which were spacious and very clean . Theresa and Simon were so lovely and genuinely care about the cats that they look after. My boys stayed for just over 2 weeks and the cost was extremely reasonable. Whilst I was away Theresa sent videos and updates of how they were getting on which put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend using this cattery I know I will be using it from now on. Thank you for looking after my Elvis and Nipper so well

   Wow!!!...What a difference from other catteries!! Just collected my beloved Cat from this wonderful place yesterday and she's been happier than ever, purring away, obviously as she'd been treated so well by the lovely Theresa and Simon. Theresa has been brilliant, grooming my cat, feeding her well with what she likes, etc. Theresa kindly sent me videos of my cat to set my mind at rest whilst I was abroad. She was fantastic!... Looking forward to going away again hopefully as I have full confidence in boarding my pet at this loving temporary "home from home!!...Thank you Theresa!!

   Had to leave two of our cats at fernlea for few weeks as we went on a long holiday. Both cats look happy and comfortable . They were well cared for and looked after by Theresa and we were sent daily videos of the cats . Cats had ample amount of room, good interactions and pens were kept clean and in general in happy place. Highly recommend Fernlea and Thank you Theresa for looking after them !

   We have used Fernlea Cattery several times to look after our cat (Leo) in the last few years for a lengthy period each time and we have been very pleased with the service they have provided. Simon and Theresa are both delightful people and they love all the cats they look after! We don't think cats will receive any better care, when they are away from home, any where! We will happy to continue using Fernlea Cattery!!!
