We know are precious pets are in good hands, especially the vet Sam. She helped us through two heartbreaking situations and is now treating our 'new' 9 year old addition. Big thanks.

When I took my elderly rabbit for his latest.booster vaccination, he had a small lump under his tummy and I was worried that somw radical treatment might be advised. However, the vet was very kind and agreed with me that, since he is in otherwise good health, we should leave well alone. Notwithstanding his advanced age, he is still very strong but she managed to trim his claws without bloodshed - either his or ours! Very pleased.

If you need any travel documentation, do yourself a favour and avoid this practice. In my experience, they created far more stress and confusion than they resolved, and I left feeling completely overwhelmed. To make matters worse, the quoted cost for the EHC was over Β£250, which only added to the frustration. I also found some members of the reception team difficult to deal withβwhile not everyone was unhelpful, there were definitely a couple of interactions that left a lot to be desired. The only consistently positive experience I had was with Derya, who was genuinely fantastic and a credit to the practice. For anyone needing travel documentation, I strongly recommend going to PassPets instead. They were more affordable in my case and seemed far more knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with.

Excellent pet care and efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Vets that listen to you and clearly care about your pets.

I took my 2 new puppies to Broughton Astley Veterinary Group today. The service was exceptional, the vet was fantastic, given that she had to very excited puppies to deal with and reception staff were lovely. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

We took out a care plan for our two cats and found the vets here to be very good. Sadly one of the ladies on reception is not of the same standard. We have had more than one poor experience with this person. She is rude, abrupt and doesn't appear to know the policies and plans of her practice. We have had wasted journeys to pick up treatments after the vets had texted to say it was ready. We were overcharged for the first vaccinations and made to feel like it was our fault when we queried. Though we found the vets really good we could not recommend due to the front of house service.

I went to this surgery to get a second opinion on my cat. The vet " Sam " was so efficient, caring, and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately my cat had dementia and a tumour , not detected by previous vet !!! The professional n caring advice was second to none . Absolutely recommend this surgery

What a shock and a pleasant one at that. This was our first visit. The vet treated us with respect despite us being both retired. We left confident that the cause of our pet's problem had been found and that the treatment outlined would work. Surprisingly, for the first time in over two years with other vets in the area, we weren't offered a blood test 'just in case'. We left confident that the vet knew what she was doing and could be trusted. My only complaint concerns her watch which appeared to be running fifteen minutes behind the rest of the UK as we were kept waiting rather a long time for our appointment. Maybe vets don't operate to GMT but VMT. Nevertheless we were impressed and felt our pets might, at last, be in safe hands.

Our nervous rescue dog Max is so anxious about the vets. However the staff have been brilliant and have always made time for him to help build up his confidence. He gets better each time we bring him, thanks to the staffs patience and understanding.
