Delicious burger with crispy fry! The fried cheese and a chicken nugget is fabulous also! My app didn’t work first time and I have to re-order everything in the self service kiosk. The survey discount is a brilliant idea to encouraging people complete survey and save money!
Overall, Burger King in Eastgate provides a clean and modern dining environment with self-service options. The establishment boasts a pleasant outside area equipped with a jungle gym for children. The staff members are notably friendly, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, their chili cheese bites are exceptional. However, there are areas for improvement. The vegan chicken burger tends to be dry and overly salty, while the chips often arrive soggy. Furthermore, the self-service fizzy drinks are sometimes flat, diminishing the beverage experience. Additionally, the presence of unsupervised, rowdy children detracts from the ambiance, though this issue seems more related to parenting than the establishment itself.
Had a drive through asked and paid for a double cheese whopper meal. Received a whopper and cold fries. Bun was definitely not fresh! Had driven off so didn't go back.
Go here as my monthly treat and have done for years. Recently the standard of this place has plummeted. Just been in and ordered my usual, after 20 mins they ask me what I ordered as they’d forgotten. Finally get my food about half hour after ordering, get the burgers out and they’re stone cold - the packs of mayo were warmer. Not the first time something like that’s happened either, will be going to the other BK in St Phillips from now on.
Used yo be a good place for a quick bite. Went into this week. Only had cash. Was told we only take cards. Obviously, they don't trust their staff with cash. So, I walked out and spent my money at KFC. Got more than 1 star as it used to be better. If u don't give customers a choice, how to pay won't ever be using your restaurant
Still have rancid guts from eating there on Friday evening. Also, they never deliver sauces after bullying you to purchase them. Would not recommend.
Really nice, after some if the truly awful BKs in the area (Bath city ctr), this was a nice airy clean place to eat. Loads of parking. Food was the usual BK fare. Tasty.
