   I took my puppy Noodle for her first intro groom today and I’m honestly so relieved and grateful. She’s still teething and can be a bit wiggly and sensitive, but they handled her with so much patience and calm energy. I really liked that it was a quiet, one-dog-at-a-time setup, it made such a difference for her. She came out looking absolutely adorable, happy, and not stressed at all. Thank you for taking such good care of her and making her first grooming experience a positive one. I’ll definitely be booking her next appointment.

   It was Eddie's first time to be groomed and I was a bit worried how he'd be. I didn't need to worry at all, Daisy was brilliant with him and he looked brand spanking new when I picked him up with a waggy tail and a spring in his step. I would definitely recommend Daisy, she has a kind caring way about her and did a lovely job.

   Daisy was very gentle and lovely with our 9-month old puppy at her first groom! She listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly what we'd asked - a shorter clip for easier summer maintenance and a spaniel face. The pup came out bouncing and happy, and we really appreciated that it's only one dog at a time so she had a calm and focused experience. We'll be back and would recommend.

   I was really anxious about leaving Basil as it was the first time and he was only 6 months old, but Gail was amazing and we didn’t worry at all once we were away. We got regular updates and photos and Basil had the time of his life. He loved Missy, Gail’s own dog and had great walks and lots of fun. It was a real home from home experience and he didn’t pine at all. Would thoroughly recommend!

   My 11-month dog had an amazing 3 days of boarding with Gail, who consistently updated me with photos and videos of the wonderful walks and play times they had. It is fair to say that what she offers is beyond dog care as judging from the photos it looked like my dog had a personal holiday with them! He was so happy and fulfilled, and I feel really grateful to have found Pet Pack. Would highly recommend!

   Our puppy Peggy always comes home very tired, what more can we ask! Gail sends us videos of walks during the day so we can see she’s being well looked after. Overall service is great, pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening. The dogs all seem to have a great time playing together and Peggy always seems excited when Gail is at the door to pick her up.

   Gail is amazing with the dogs and Missy her own dog is a pure joy to be around and trained so well. Missy loves puppies and just lays down and lets them jump all over her so patiently. Such , calm , kind , charismatic dog.
