   This review is for The Groom Room at the back of the store! I booked a PUPPY groom, paid my deposit and took my pooch in only to be contacted 10 mins later to collect him as he wouldn't let them do anything!! I chose this place specifically as I assumed they'd be appropriately trained to groom puppies (6 months old btw) they bathed him and thats it, didnt even dry him!!! .. don't offer a PUPPY groom of you can't handle puppies and abit of a struggle!! Really disappointed, they gave no advice, almost couldn't wait to hand him back!! I will never ever go back there!! Shame that I had to write this as the store itself is great!

   I'm going to be brutally honest, this was a great pets at home. We especially liked the rats. I saw a hamster sleeping in the weirdest position too (yes it is alive just very cosy)

   I’ve always had a great experience here. Whenever I can’t find something, the staff are willing to help and also remind you of promotional offers and vouchers on the app. Really friendly place and they always treat the pets as family ❤️

   Would give one star if I could. Was supposed to have a call off a manager Tuesday just gone to collect a Guinea pig after mine died after only having it a few weeks. Very disappointing Only good thing I have him a good send off.

   I was clearly struggling with heavy bags, and shopping from pets at home in cardiffbay, they didn't even offer help or any assistant however the person next to me got all the help! But they completely ignored me even though I clearly mentioned I could do with a extra hand! I will only shop from the pets at home in Newport road , lot nicer staff, and lot more knowledgeable.
