   Avoid this place at all costs! We took our 2-year-old, and it was the worst experience imaginable. The older woman dragged our nervous dog and literally flung him into a cage where he started crying. That should’ve been the first red flag. She was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the whole process, making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. We gave clear instructions for the groom, which were completely ignored. Our dog came back with a butchered cut—it seriously looks like it was done with a pair of children’s scissors. On top of that, he was still dirty around the ears, and his nails weren’t even clipped. It took them an unbelievable 5 hours, and they tried to blame us for the delay, claiming it was because of our dog’s behavior. Funny, because when we dropped him off, the same woman made a comment to the other groomer that it was just her working. Clearly, they were overbooked and short-staffed. To make matters worse, they injured our dog, cutting him near the eye. When we finally collected him, he was shaking, clearly traumatized, and bursting for the toilet—another sign of how long he’d been neglected. They even had the nerve to gaslight us, acting like everything was perfectly fine and trying to make us feel unreasonable for being concerned. Unprofessional, careless, and downright cruel. Please don’t subject your pet to this place.

   Don’t ever use this Groomers! Absolutely Rude. Elaine who runs the place has no people skills whatsoever and point blank refused to groom our dog. I wouldn’t even say she’s a dog person even though she owns a dog groomers. Completely unprofessional! Never have I experienced such rude customer service.

   Elaine refused to groom my dog despite him coming to her parlour for years. This is because she lost a member of staff. Elaine also refused to board my dog last year after having him previous years. Elaine does want to help me or my cockapoo who suffers with anxiety as he is considered ‘naughty’. This is a dog who struggles to socially mix with other dogs due to anxiety. No time or patience was given and I found Elaine very blunt and rude.

   I visited this place for the first and last time. this is terrible, I took my poor baby, she looked terrible. I asked the girl twice, do you know how to cut this breed, she answered yes. As a result, my entire dog was covered with freshly clipped hair; they didn’t even get rid of all these remnants of clipped hair. everything was not evenly cut, as if it had been cut by a child. I cried all day looking at my dog, my dog ​​was scared all day. I don't recommend this place. there are no professionals working here

   100% recommend, great service, really responsive and friendly. Dropped my 6 month puppy off for his first trim and he’s came back looking and smelling amazing! I’ll definitely be returning back to K9 Divine, and will be taking him there for the day care and boarding when needed. Also got some lovely puppy treats as a welcome! Thank you

   K9 Divine is excellent, we take our little Jack Russell there for grooming from time to time. They also offer boarding, the dogs are mixed in together during their stay which is great for them to socialise. Clearly cared for and looked after while we were away. because its smaller than a kennels its more personal and the dog although pleased to see us is always happy on our return.

   FANTASTIC SERVICE, PART OF THE FAMILY. My chocolate Labrador is 4 years old and for the last 3.5 years he has been going to doggy day care at least twice a week, whenever me or my partner have long work shifts or are out for the night, Alfie stays over using there boarding service, he loves it their they go for walks, play in the garden and even have a paddling pool out in the summer. Alfie has regular baths and trims from the staff there and whenever he’s been done his fur looks shiny and well groomed. I would recommend K9 to anyone and everyone as they are people that care and I see them as Alfie’s second mummies when we are not around.

   We've been taking our dog Olly for the last 3 years, our last visit being in March this year. Never had a problem, staff always been kind and friendly. Olly always seems happy and well cared for after a visit with K9 Devine.
