Never thought I'd see the day where a crew member is smoking weed on shift. Blonde boy on boxing day, was hanging around the back near the disabled toilets. His eyes were bright red and the general area STANK of weed. Needs looking into. Disgusting.
The restaurant was disgustingly, filthy dirty. Rubbish and food everywhere. Floors were wet and sticky. Toilets were vile!! Staff were miserable and rude. Only 3 members of staff working in a busy Saturday evening during the festive season. Food was stone cold. This restaurant needs closing down.
By far one of the worst Burger Kings we've been in. Dirty floors littered with wrappers, scraps of food. Dirty tables, looks like the cleaning staff had not been and cleaned all day. Her uniform was Dirty, she looked like she couldn't be bothered. Kept trying to block off all the seating area. We asked for a tablet to be wiped, her cloth was filthy, no cleaning products. Service was so slow, asked a member of staff a question, and was ignored. This storr could do with some secret shop visits from head office. Worst experience at a Burger King.
Food is pretty standard burger king food. Tasty, restaurant is absolutely filthy though. Rubbish everywhere on the floors and tables, id suggest if you are wearing light coloured clothing to not even sit on the seats. Food was very slow to come wont be in a rush to come back,
Clearly shows a new management team, yummy food fast and friendly staff.Will definitely come back.
Food was ok but could have been a bit warmer and too much mayo on Chicken Royale. Soft drinks machines not working properly. Must admit though the fries were some if the best I've had but very very small portions.
Staff great. Restaurant tidy and clean. Just disappointed with the value for money at Burger King restaurants. Price outweighs the quality big time. Even on the special edition burgers you pay more for. Big fan of the Coca Cola Freestyle drinks machine though.
This Burger King is one of my favourites. The only 2 downsides is the cleaning staff are very judgmental and seem very pushy for you to leave.. they don’t say it but the walk around and look at you like (“hurry up”) kinda way. And the 2nd one is sometime it’s hard to find a seat because it’s so busy, they have an upstairs with seats but the don’t seem to use it much (a least when I go there they haven’t used it much) Besides from that it’s amazing 99% of the time, great food, friendly servers.
