   I have come in today with a same-day appointment. The receptionist gave me an appointment within 20 mins of my call. I had Mrs Karla Nairn seeing me today, she was lovely and very charming during my visit. All you hope for when going to the doctors is finding somebody that empathises with you, and Mrs Karla went beyond that.

   Recently moved to the area, and I can honestly say this is the most friendliest and helpful GPs I've ever been to. The receptionists are approachable and polite, both in-person and on the phone, and every single member of staff I've had an appointment with has been lovely, kind and supportive. Have had an appointment made every time I've called, and whilst there has been a queue, I've never been made to feel like they're rushing me to get through their callers. Very happy with this service!

   The women who work on the reception desk are disgraceful, unprofessional unhelpful it’s like you’re putting them out ringing. Management needs to take a very close look at these women they have working there.

   Phone system is terrible . You wait 40 minutes to to be cut off at position 2. But cannot fault the doctors and nurses once you get an appointment.

   We are new to Atheretone and have been registered with this surgery for just over year now. I have nothing but good things to say. The fact you can even get a face to face appointment is amazing as this is still unheard of in our old neighbourhood. Moving to this surgery and being able to get infront of a nurse and GP has been life changing for my daughter. Staff are always helpful and we never have issues getting either a telephone or face to face appointment. GPs are great they actually listen and take you seriously. Staff also always ensure my children are seen ASAP.

   Sadly,over last few months Covid became really good excuse to the reception stuff to became rude and totally unhelpful. Since when they decide if my health issue is "good enough" to see my GP? How is possible that one day after nearly 30min in the phone queue you are told to came next day morning due to lack of appointments for open clinic then another person send you back home refusing face to face appointment with your doctor, because your problem isn't ( in their opinion) serious enough. Ladies, time to wake up. Maybe less time spent chatty chat behind the desk and bit more focus on the patients.
