   The staff in this practice are absolutely wonderful, but unfortunately the owners of Valley Vets don't value them as much as us pet owners do. We're now moving to the Cat Clinic where they value their staff and pay them accordingly. Disgusted to hear about Valley's threatening behaviour throughout their staff's strike period and hope their fantastic staff find companies who recognise their worth.

   Miss Whip visited the valley vets hospital as an emergency this weekend. Many thanks to Tasha, the vet! The eye clinic have confirmed that she is blind in her eye, due to lack of drainage but you made miss whip from pain and have saved her eye from being removed. Thank you Tasha for your love and care you gave to us. X

   I could not recommend this outstanding veterinary practice more! We had to take our pug Bella in whilst on holiday, as she had damaged her eye. After ringing around different vets and being told all were full the very friendly staff at Valley Vets in Cardiff said they could fit Bella in. From the very moment we entered they made us feel welcome and the level of compassion, friendliness and professionalism was absolutely outstanding! Everything was explained to us in detail as to what the Vet was doing and then explained what we would have to do over the next few days. The vet gave a thorough examination and we could tell she was passionate about helping animals. I just wish we had veterinary practices to this standard at home. Bella says thank you to the vet, the nurse and the front desk staff for making her visit less stressful.

   Valley Vets have always taken wonderful care of our chickens. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. We have had lots of ex batts over the years, who frequently need vet treatment. I have complete confidence in VVs to do right by our girls.

   Even though the visit cost me a lot of money, there were professional and had my dogs health and his needs as a priority! I have never been to a more professional vets than this place. I was very emotional with my dog because I thought he'd seriously injured himself, the staff were amazing and very comforting and concerned about my dog as I was! (Which is hard to find) I wish they would have the opportunity for payment plans, because I'd take him here all the time! Thank you! Valley Vets! Lots of love Roco And His Family ❤❤❤❤
