Dai and his team are just fantastic. They share a wealth of knowledge, care and kindness, and have looked after our pets (and us!) for over fifteen years. Riverside Veterinary Centre is a splendid independent vets, and they have our full confidence and recommendation.
My first pet, a cat, didn't live very long. The vet and entire team were very lovely in how they dealt with him. The vet was very comforting to me and Popcorn when he had to put him down.
All of my pets have been registered to Riverside and Dai. He’s very blunt (in a good way as you always know where you stand) caring and informative. It’s a brilliant practice with kind and caring staff. The two things that set it apart (excluding above) is they always have same day emergency appointments and more importantly Dai does 95% of the vet work himself. Meaning no random vets that don’t know you or your animals. It’s always a very personal and professional service. Only Vets in the S O A area I’d use.
Kind, reassuring and professional. I was worried about my cat and they squeezed in an urgent appointment, were brilliant with her and calmly explained everything to me, including help with the insurance claim process. I’m new to the area and this was a reassuring first visit. Thank you so much!
