   Had a reservation. It was cancelled a few days before the arrival. Although it might be a genuine reason for this, it was not fair as not will have to pay more than double as last minute booking. But have to otherwise will loose the all other expenses like flights and such. But what makes me write this review, was the rudeness, unprofessionalism and lack of costumer services I had when knocking on the door. I was simply kicked away and sent to speak with the place I made the booking from. Very rude. So, No, Never again

   Great little hotel, especially for the price. Staff very friendly (Mark). I fly regularly and its ideal for getting to airport parking. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Excellent value

   Room large, clean and fragrant. clean towels. coffee and tea set. everything you needed in the room. nice staff very helpful. everywhere nearby. a wonderful weekend stay. I'm gonna return there for sure. I recommend.

   For 44 quid on Booking.com this was unbeatable value. Easy check in.. Decent room, toiletries and comfy bed, and for the absolute win, actual milk for coffee in the morning not powdered milk. .. Friendly owner to boot... Top notch :)

   Forget the previous reviews, new management have made - and are clearly still making - big changes. Good quality new second fittings that enhance the decor, crisp paintwork, good central spot, fair price no thrills accomodation that no longer stinks of cat piss...no cats here any longer! Busy road but what does anyone expect West of the city?! More character than bigger franchises and manager Mark is always available. Good value, onwards and upwards.
