Very busy place,it has mostly everything you need,no rush,just look at everything don't want to miss a thing,get to checkout,queuing on every aisle,this is why I don't come often.
Big variety off everything, rat running around the garden centre ruined the experience. Also purchased a scooter for my daughter supplied with a faulty bike clamp. Not the best quality toys
It's so sad how there are so many plants that have not been watered and dying. They're charging £2 for plants that are literally dead or about to go. The plants are desperately in need of water, and realistically shouldn't be on for an amount of that much if they're not looked after.
There are a couple of middle age women staff who perhaps could benefit from a refresher in customer service. All other staff male female young and old have neeen a credit to the store.
At the time of our visit they were in the middle of having a move around. However when I asked a staff member where an item was, he broke off straight away and took me to it. Never had a problem here other than not always enough tills open.
Always love B & M - can't keep me away!!! There's always something there for everyone. We called in on Tuesday 20th December - bought a couple of extra large throws for our bed and some items from the food section. Was tempted to buy the dual air fryer but as we already have one decided against another. Can't wait for my next visit
Good place for everyday house holds. Very nice cheap and extensive toys selection presented in this store. Separate gardening and hardware area. Overall reasonable prices compared to other stores in the town.
This particular store is in crossflats its quite a big store and like all B&M stores the prices are very good shelves are well stocked and staff are helpful and friendly.
