The breakfast is good in comparison to others hotels nearby, however the lunch/dinner options could be improved.
Excellent. The rooms were so clean, not a spec of dust in site. The staff were very professional and friendly. The dinner was great. My friend had the vegan rice bowl which was full of flavour and I had the prawn and veg tempura which was excellent-Compliments to the chef. Buffet style breakfast. Lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Warwick. Will done team :-) Only 1 minor problem. I don’t think hotel residents should have to pay for parking. Maybe a hotel stay discount would be good.
I hope they don't charge the same for all the rooms! This is my second stay here for work, last time (2 years prior) beautiful room lovely wardrobe sectioning and great bathroom with a waterfall shower - no complaints. However this time substandard room; damp looking patches on the wall, peeling wallpaper, holes in the bathroom tile, shower head leaks everywhere, bath curtain that's touches the bottom of the bath so it's a trip hazard, bathroom door doesn't open fully as it hit the bath curtain rail. Make sure you request a room in the 200's or 300's - not 100's. Hotel lobby, bar and restaurant are very modern and sleek. Shame about some rooms.
Recently stayed here as we had been gifted a two night stay. Can definitely say we were very pleased with everything. The room was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Bartender with the ponytail (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was friendly and a great credit to the hotel.
Could be a good option, but it is very off from the city centre, so not much to do around. The food prices are unreasonably high and the portions are smaller than usual. The drinks are on bit higher than average price. The breakfast is great though, with a good selection. The rooms are not too big, but okay, with a fridge and a very comfy bed. The staff is very mixed, there are very kind and mindful people, but the opposite too. I sat down early in the hall to work and I have asked one of the receptionists to let me know when the room gets available and he just disappeared. When my colleague checked back in the afternoon, she was told that the rooms are already available. Staff could be more mindful and attentive, especially in a business hotel.
Service was good, food not bad, we ate in the bar. It was a bit basic but clean and comfortable. Overall a stress free experience I would recommend it. Also, no asylum seekers here at all, I've had bad experiences in hotels housing asylum seekers. Easy access back to the motorway. Good value.
I booked a double room and was put up in an old room with spiders, ripped wallpaper coming off the wall, mold in the bathroom tiles and of course (because why not) a Mormon bible. Upon asking for a new room from the hotel the receptionist said she was fully booked and couldn’t give me another room. She then pointed to a woman leaving saying that she checked out early because of the same reason. The photos of the room I booked were of the refurbished room. I stayed in those once before and didn’t know it was a hit and miss for the same price. Don’t be fooled by the fancy reception area.
Haven't stayed here... only visited friends who were staying overnight. Had coffee + light bite here. Very busy, excellent quality but not overly expensive. Probability a great place to stay if you're looking for a medium/higher price (quality) hotel in an excellent location for Warwick & connecting motorway (M40)
Good place to stay. Front desk were very helpful but the room was a bit dusty in places. A Hoover wouldn't of gone a miss either, it had been done but not fully. A little bit expensive in the restaurant for what you get but excellent flavour and cooked very well. My colleague had the steak and it was done just how he asked, while I had the fish and chips and that was done well too.
I think this hotels deserves a better rating. I stayed here for two nights on a business trip and was very positively surprised. The room was large and comfortable, so was the bed. Clean, modern bathroom, quiet and good sleep. Breakfast was fine (for those who like English breakfast), and also with a good number of healthy fruit and cereal options. I wished I had thought of bringing some workout clothes since the gym looks very clean and well equipped also!
