Rachel is competent, warm and friendly and took excellent care of our elderly cat when we were on holiday. She was happy to administer daily medication with the food, and change the litter tray. I would happily recommend her.
Rachel has been brilliant with our doodles. She can be a little nervous around other dogs, but she has settled in lovely with Rachel and really enjoys being out all day. She always sleeps well on Thursday.
Our cat was very well cared for while we were away for two weeks. Rachel is experienced and professional, giving regular updates and following all feeding instructions to the letter. Our cat's feeding area was spotlessly clean when we got home, bins were emptied etc. Great service, would recommend and will uae again.

We have used Rachel a number of times in the last 6 months to look in on our cat and giant rabbit when we are away. She always takes great care of them and they are happy when we return home. The giant rabbit is a bit more complex to sort out but rachel is lovely and always happy to help!
Rachel came highly recommended when we were looking for someone to feed our cat when we had to go away unexpectedly. She fitted us in at fairly short notice and we were impressed with the professional way she looked after our cat. We were a little nervous about how our cat would react to someone she didn't know (she's a rescue cat with trust issues), but we needn't have worried - she was very comfortable with Rachel on meeting her and seemed totally unfazed when we returned home. We (and our cat) are very happy and will certainly be using Rachel again in the future!
Before Racheal neighbours would help out taking Emily for a wee if I worked late but now I know she has a proper walk when I'm not around. Both Emily and myself are so much happier. We’re so glad we contacted Rachel back in Dec 2020, we wanted to get our cockapoo socialised with other dogs while he was a pup which was very difficult during lockdown. Rachel helped us a lot with tips, his recall improved to where we could let him off lead and we’ve not looked back.
