“Our cat was very well cared for while we were away for two weeks. Rachel is experienced and professional, giving regular updates and following all feeding instructions to the letter. Our cat's feeding area was spotlessly clean when we got home, bins were emptied etc. Great service, would recommend and will uae again.”

“Came in with a few of my friends this past weekend, really great vibe and energy here. We made the most of the two cocktails for £14 and had a couple of cocktails, Pina Coladas, Lemon Sours, Hugo Spritz and two Brambles, which are pictured. They all tasted great and were made at the bar just in front of us so we could see the making process. We shared a few sides off the menu, the truffle fries and tenderstem broccoli between us, which also came out quickly, they were really nice and would order again. One of the waitresses was kind enough to take our picture there, 10/10 would return again for a proper sit down meal.”

“This was a visit for a "free" vet check for any lumps . We had only short wait to be seen, waiting room was air conditioned and had drinking water available for our pets. Was a little worried as we had used the same groomer for over 20 years and there are various warts which we always had to be careful about when going for a haircut , but happy to say that our Bichon Jenny came back looking and smelling 1 million dollars. “Spot on location. Hotel was spotless inside and out. Beautiful kept garden at the back of property. We stayed in room 8 sea veiw room at the top. Views were amazing. Room was very clean and well equipped, bathroom was stunning. I highly recommend a stay. Plenty of restaurants in area. Brilliant walks.”

“Lovely hotel over looking the river Severn, the staff are welcoming and we even got offered a lift to the station from the owner. We stayed here as was far cheaper than Cardiff with Ed Sheeran in concert on and only a 15 minute train trip to the city centre. Yes we would definitely stay here again.”

“Little Westra welcomed our Beagle with a friendly team. I was shown around the kennels and facilities beforehand, which was reassuring for a first timer. Our dog seemed happy enough after his 8 day stay and did not have too much of the usual kennel smell which has happened at a different kennel. Overall I would recommend Little Westra and will use them again should the need arise.”

“The hotel is old and very cooky. The decor is random and old fashioned. It has wonderfully narrow corridors and massively high ceilings. The hotel is far from modern but it's absolutely charming and I loved it. The staff were wonderful and the location was great. Would stay again.”

“My Ragdoll recently stayed at this cattery for a week , he's not an easy cat to look after but Simone did everything I asked and she also messaged me to let me know how he was getting on as I was really worried about leaving him, she told me he was fine and when I collected him he was absolutely fine ! All the accommodation is kept very clean, Simone was very friendly and I felt I could trust her to look after Lynx and if I need to use a cattery again in the future I will definitely return, thank you Simone and Casey ❤️”

“Great products. Just used the soap bar. Skye smells amazing and has a squeaky clean feel to her shining coat. The soap bar was easier to use than a liquid as you just picked it up off the shower floor and used keeping the dog or shower head in the other hand.”

Coops is really high energy and it seems Lucy has matched him really well in the group he’s walked in - he’s always exhausted after his walks. Lucy’s been available for any questions we have had and we love seeing the updates/photos from his walk.
