One of their vans parked in Bargoed on the path making me walk onto the main road with a pram doesn't look good for the company at all. Don't care for pedestrians so not sure if they'd care for your dog. reg. DOII DOG
Fantastic service. Very kind and gentle with my one nervous dog. Fantastic groom for all 3 of my poodles (standard and mini). Spectacular groom especially for my female poodle - painted nails and hair coloured. Positive comments from people we meet even 5 weeks after being groomed.
Brought in my senior cat for a hair cut, as she's 17 and is now struggling to sort out her own long fur. They listened to what I wanted and looked after my shy girl. Great job, will definitely come back if required. Friendly, helpful staff, fast and efficient. Thank you.
Really Not happy. They squeezed my dog in today even though they said they were fully booked which I appreciated but how I got my fur baby back was unforgivable. Her one eye was all gunky and now she can barely open it. Her arm was brushed so hard I noticed she had started to bleed this dog is almost 11 years old which I made them aware of. We dropped her off at 11.30 and at almost 4 o clock we still hadn't received a text or call to let us know she was ready so I called the shop they said they'd tried calling but clearly forgot. Just not good at all. Would not reccomend. Will not be coming back.
I took my dog here a few times no problem but then I noticed his eye was all red then they tried telling me he went to them like that even though he was fine before he went in and the owners attitude stinks too and the stuff they sell is overly expensive
Brought my German Shepherd and Siberian Husky in to be groomed. The staff were friendly and very professional. They did an amazing job on both dogs. Extremely efficient and both dogs look amazing! I would recommend to anyone and well worth the money. Wolfie and Snowy will definitely be back again. The staff are fantastic!

1 star is 1 star to many, booked our St Bernard in and at time of booking made him aware he is nervous and he needed a 1-1. We were told it wasn't a problem as he'd be the only dog there and they are used to big dogs. When we arrived straight away we saw another dog in there so I went in on my own and explained we have an appointment to be met with abuse and being sworn at and being told they are a business and couldn't do a 1-1, I asked why he'd been booked in as I could have looked somewhere else. The woman told me to f... off and p... off out of the shop and as I was walking out she slammed the door really hard. NEVER in all my years have I been spoken to like it. My husband phoned up and spoke to the owner who apologised and asked what they could do to put it right but after that behaviour I wouldn't trust them with my dog because if they speak and treat customers that way how do they treat dogs left in their care. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I would never recommend this place.... The woman did not like the fact that I reacted back to her and did not cower down, she's a nasty piece of work and needs to look at the word bully before using it.
Absolutely AWEFUL. Last time I took my pup there, I asked for a very slight trim of her straggly hair, the Woman absolutely butchered her, and with a scissors too, not even a shaver. Her hair has grown back so uneven. And the worst part was, she cut her wiskers off too. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
