   Jacquie is amazing. My little dog has a disability and unable to use his back legs following spinal surgery. He visits Jacquie every six weeks and she always does a marvellous job, he comes out looking fabulous. I know he can be very tricky - he has a stubborn nature but he loves his Auntie Jacquie. She is always so positive and I am very impressed with the way she handles and speaks to him, reassuring him the whole time. Thank you Jacquie for everything you do and for being the best.

   Winston (a maltese) and Jackie have been best friends for some time now. Jackie is patient and caring to which Winston responds very well. He always looks trim and proud at the end of his grooming session, as he knows he looks good.

   I’ve not owned a dog which needed grooming before. The breeder of my King Charles cavalier poodle recommended Kenilworth Dog Grooming as she takes my dogs mother here. Oscar has now been three times, he and Jackie are getting to know each other and Oscar is beginning to understand that he needs to stand while being pampered. I’m proud to add, Oscar just won the St Nicholas Church Dog Show ‘Most Handsome Dog’ award! I know it’s not Crufts ... but I’m still really chuffed.
