Both my dogs were beautifully groomed today- despite going in rather neglected. They really “got” the different looks of each dog and made them look lovely. They even said that they’d been no problem ( this may be untrue but was nice). Two silky, happy dogs with clean teeth and a nice neutral smell. We’re going back.
It's was my girls Esthers first time at the groomers today and I was dreading it. Esther hates her feet being touched and she needed her nails clipped. Many a vet has struggled to do this and sedation was on the cards. On top of that she is not a great fan of bathing either lol. I was surprised how she just trotted of with Kelly and I nervously awaited the outcome. Within half an hour I had received a video of Esther enjoying a blow dry and then a message to say the time I could pick her up. On arrival she was happy to see me but not the distraught dog I thought I would be collecting. I'm totally amazed how Kelly had done her nails with absolutely no problems at all. Esther looked amazing as she smelt beautiful and Kelly informed me that Esther was no problem at all. So Kelly thank you very much for a beautiful job today and having the understanding that dogs can be extremely nervous and distressed at the prospect of being groomed. I have total faith in Kelly and I will be returning with Esther for more treatments. If you need a groomer I would look no further because the best is right here. Thank you Kelly for a first class service..
My 16 month old doodle Cassie was groomed by Katie today. I couldn’t be more happy - she looks wonderful and has a spring in her step even more than normal. Katie you did a fabulous job - thank you so much xx
Just took my flatcoat retriever to have his nails clipped. He doesn't like having them done and he certainly isn't the easiest dog to clip. The girl who did his claws at woofcuts made it such a pleasant experience for him , she was so calming. It was the best experience we have had . Would definitely recommend .
An amazing job done by Katie and her lovely colleagues on my four poodle crosses. One is particularly small and that can’t be easy and they did the first clip on my puppy last time. No issues at all.
