   I can't speak about their dog services, but I can say they don't know how to deal with cats properly. My cat had two sessions there, and still left unfinished. She had lots of mats and tangles because I was away for a month, and I was charged for £100 to get her fully trimmed, and therefore, mats removed. After two sessions, she still has mats, and the trimming just doesn't look nicely done. But the most disappointing thing, and the reason why this score is low, is that they managed to trim her right whiskers, I'm not sure why or how. Cat whiskers should never be trimmed or touched like that, and is no surprise my cat wasn't happy with them touching her anymore. The service and staff are lovely, however, and I could see they really care for their customers pets. I'm sure they'll treat your dogs properly, but I feel like they shouldn't advertise cat services if they don't have people trained to deal with cats.

   Thank you to Seraphine for doing an amazing job on our nervous cockapoo, she did a great job and made me feel more at ease with her being groomed. She also came home looking and smelling amazing. Will definitely be using this groomers as our regular salon.

   Tracy groomed both our spaniels and did a fantastic job. One is a rescue and is very nervous and Tracy did a fabulous job with her even sending me photos to update on progress and how the girls were settling in. Both dogs were calm and relaxed when I picked them up. Would highly recommend, and have already booked in our next visit!

   My Luna had her first puppy groomm with the spa and Tracy was fantastic with her. She came out so soft and smelling lovely. She rinsed of clean for 2 weeks! Had her teeth cleaned as well and definitely booking in for regular groom and teeth brushing! Thanks
